Schönes Familien Hotel mit unschlagbarem Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Wer noch gehobener Wohnen möchte sollte sich das Blue Dome in der gleichen Anlage leisten das ist unfassbar schön.

Die Aussicht vom Hotel aus ist überwältigend, da das Hotel hoch gelegen ist und man Aussicht hat auf das offene Meer sowie Strände und Berge. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend so dass man sich gleich wohl fühlte. Kleine Mängel gibt es am Buffet, da einige Sachen nicht angeschrieben sind und man somit nicht immer weiss um was für ein Essen es sich handelt. Weitere Kritik betrifft die Toilette in der Lobby, da es nur je eine Frauen- sowie Männertoilette gibt und es häufig besetzt ist und man dann schön warten kann, ausser man entscheidet sich ins Zimmer zu gehen. Im Grossen und ganzen war das Hotel super!

I am very sorry to hear that there was a problem with your bathroom and i hope it was imediately repaired when your reported it as it normally happens. As far as it concerns the food situation and the atmnosphere in the restaurant i am affraid we are not able to do much at least during high season. We are trying our best to serve our guests as fast as we can and in the best possible way and the feedback we normally get is very good. If you found it chaotic, you could possibly try to dine a little later after the majority of the guests had already been in as our buffet is replenished till the very end and there is never lack of food. Perfekter Urlaub
Das Hotel ist einfach perfekt, das Personal, der Service-egal ob am Strand oder am Pool, an der Bar oder im Speisesaal-ist überaus zuvorkommend und extrem hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer sehr groß und sauber, auch hier das Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich! Das Esssn sehr gut, große Auswahl am Buffet! An diesem Hotel gibts es wirklich nichts auszusetzen! Perfekter geht es nicht mehr!

Einmal aber NIE wieder!
Das ist ein reines Familienhotel, es ist auch viel zu gross um je eine persönliche Athmosphäre vermitteln zu können! 1. Positives : -die Barkeeper geben ihr bestes und waren auch stets sehr freundlich und nett obwohl es für sie immer sehr stressig war, da für hunderte von Gästen NUR jeweils ein Mann bedienen konnte (durfte?) , allem Anschein nach um die Ausgabe der Gratis Getränke zu reduzieren. -Sehr sympathische Gym Trainerin, danke nochmals! -Sehr schöner Pool, ziemlich sauber obwohl es nicht so einfach war alles sauber zu halten durch viele ausgeelerte Getränke verunreingt und somit rutschig wurde. 2. Schlechtes : -Alte Zimmer in schlechtem Zustand Kühlschrank extrem laut, mangels eines Bedienknopfes nur mit einer Zange ausschaltbar... Kein Stopfen für die Badewanne, tropfender Hahn , der eingebaute Föhn mit viel zu kurzem Schlauch, das Handstück hat sich immer gelöst vom Schlauch und wurde untragbar heiss! Das Telefon hat NIE funktioniert, dies 3 Wochen lang! Dasselbe mit dem eingeauten Radiosystem, alles! wurde OHNE jegliche Ergebnisse reklamiert.. Auch war es mit der Sauberkeit nicht zum Besten, wir fanden unsaubere, verwendete Badezimmertücher wieder aufgehängt..auch wurde nicht alles gereinigt. Das Gratis Internet war extrem schlecht, ja unbrauchbar, und das bezahlte WIFI teuer und auch langsam! Der Sandstrand stellte sich als steiniger Kieselstrand heraus, an Spaziergänge am Strand war nicht zu denken, und freie Liegestühle gab es nach 10 Uhr nicht mehr. Auch ein Reklamation und Gespräch mit dem Manager mit der Bitte nach einem besseren Zimmer (die es gab, andere hatten mit der Drohung abzureisen ein solches erhalten) hat nicht gefruchtet, dies war für einfach schlecht! Der grosse Hotelkomplex ist abgelegen , ca 7km vom nächsten Ort entfernt, in welchem die halben Läden und Restaurants geschlossen und leer sind, infolge genau dieser all Inklusive Hotels ... ------------- This is a real family only hotel, it is way to big to be even somehow personal! The good things 1st : -Both Pool barkeepers did a very good job! It is a very stressy thing for them, AS the hotel rule seems to be 1 serving barkeeper only at a time, a fact surely based on an internal rule to reduce the bar's cost... -Very kind and nice Gym Trainer, thank you ! -Very good and kind Kitchen chief, good job done! -Nice pool area, kept as clean as possible keeping in mind the very poor cleanliness of guests, lots of drinks spilled, saw guests sliiping due to this fact.. So here the list of the BAD things : -VERY old and bad rooms : Extremely loud refrigerator, could only be turned off with tools as the knob was missing! Missing or wrong bathtub plugs, dripping water outlet, a unusable hairdryer because of a handpiece coming off of the hose, which was WAY to short, to make it worse it became so hot that you burned almost your hand! Complete phone system out of order for 3 weeks! Radio system in the bed out of order as well! We found twice used towels which were re-hung by the "cleaning personal", which managed to not clean some aereas for these 3 weeks! As a nice thing we had once a real huge spider in our room.. Internet free is UNUSABLE due to overload, even the very expensive payed Internet is VERY slow! Sand beaches : turned out to be quite difficukt to walk on, as its no sand but small stones, quite sharp. Then the places on the beach are very limited, making it difficult to find space after 10 AM. Even after an intense talk to the manager and the reservation manager we never got a better room, but other guests maybe yelling louder got WAY better rooms, thanks again for this...!! The whole hotel complex is app. 7 km away from the next small town, which is half a ghosttown due to the all-inclusive hotels alike this..

Chambre spacieuse, propre mais mériterai une finition plus soignée et un rafraîchissement correct de la salle de bain, dommage qu'il ait encore des rideau de douche (niveau hygiène moyen). Matelas pas top. Personnel correct mais parle majoritairement anglais même à la réception. Petit buffet pas varié mais bonne cuisine. La salle du restaurant est trop petite par rapport au nombre de vacanciers.

Pros - Very friendly, helpful staff - Private beach with shuttle - Always seemed to be sun lounger availability - Crepes were yum and available till late - Water slides and inflatable water park on beach (15 euro for day) hit with kids - Clean, eco friendly, hand sanitisers around - Small games room (chargeable) - I enjoyed the food Cons - Smallest Mitsis (of four) I've visited - really only 1 main freshwater, outdoor pool for everyone, one indoor restaurant and less selection of foods/bookable restaurants - Room only had view of brick wall from balcony door - Not enough information given at check-in - no map, details of meal times, access to facilities in other nearby hotels, how to get beach towels, wifi access - had to ask for this basic info everytime - Nothing in mini bar unless you happened to be around when delivery happened in the morning - Have to reserve gym use in another hotel - One restaurant staff a bit grumpy when he delivered the wrong order and insisted he hadn't and then objected to us taking clean forks from a nearby, made-up table without asking him first; he was likely to be very tired as we arrived late towards end of his shift -Animation team not very visible or engaging for kids, not a lot for teens to do - Long walk up steep hill to hotel if you miss shuttle or it doesn't turn up at time expected!

Bad start, good finish
Told a day before arrival that the hotel would be opening, so we I’ll be staying in the Blue Domes hotel. Not a huge issue, but upon arrival, was told that we wouldn’t be staying in the blue domes, we were going to the Norida! Furthermore, the room type we’d booked wasn’t available (we booked a pool room), so ended up staying in the blue domes, but in a lesser room. Put simply, the hotel had blatantly over-booked and were desperately trying to make it work. On one hand, I get it, but it’s not really the time to start playing around with occupancy levels etc. Service not great, but the staff worked hard within very difficult conditions (masks in 30+ degree heat is not something that’s ever going to be easy). Ended up moving to the Norida on day 3 of the holiday, accepting a drop in quality for an increase in space and service. Overall, we had a good holiday, but it was more about what we made of it, than the hotel itself. Visually, the hotel was beautiful (mountainous backdrop, sea views from pretty much everywhere), but lacked some of the little touches Couple of points to note: - Blue dome pools are saltwater - our kids really struggled with this - post covid all inclusive is very different! No serving yourself (for obvious reasons), but this does have a knock on effect on wait times etc. - the beach is lovely, but make sure you bring aqua shoes! - book the a la carte way in advance! - 5* in Greece would likely not stack up against other standards worldwide.

The resort is very good food excellent and staff lovely. We had a mixed age group and everyone had an enjoyable stay. The hotel has its own beach which was a bonus. There never feels like there is a crowd and if you have small children they have a very good in house entertainment team and good live music most nights of the week. There is gated security as you enter the resort which was reassuring. We traveled by bus to Kardamena and KOS town which was easy and drops you at your hotel doorstep. There is a train and trailer service that will take you from the hotel to the beach as well if you have children, baggage etc which was excellent and runs every 15 mins. We would highly recommend the masonette with swim up.

Good points great food and entertainment and very clean. Bad points Cleaning staff took very sentimental soft toy to laundry in bed linen - ruined 2 whole days of our holiday and no apology at all - made to feel I was hastling staff to ask them to look for it when it wasnt my fault. Finally turned up washed although I had stressed it will ruin it to wash it. it seems it happens a lot so would be an idea to either ensure cleaning staff take more care or put notices in the rooms to remove any soft toys from beds

Dear Anonymous, Thank you very much for being our guest and for spending time to give us your feedback. It would definitely be nice and it could easily be arranged if you had informed us when you were still here. You see in order to save the enviroment as much as we can we are trying to reduce the amount of power we use in all our departments and this is the reason why the keys to the rooms come with magnets that do shut the power off when guests are out. As you can understand if all A/C units and lights were on 24/07 this would have a huge negative result for the enviroment. As the fridges in rooms though are still on when guests are out we could have easily placed a multi socket in that specific socket in order for you to charge your phone even when not in the room. Déçu par cet hôtel, état général moyen chambre très vieillotte, échelles dans les piscines très moches, vue de la chambre sur les climatiseurs des chambres de devant. En ce qui concerne les repas, certe il y a le choix mais j'ai vraiment eu l'impression d'être retournée à la cantine du lycée, de plus la salle est petite et très bruyante. Hotel à flanc de montagne, alors attention ça grimpe. À mon avis ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles. Par contre personnel au restaurant sympathique.

The name says it all.
The family village is just that. It is set on the hillside overlooking and at the end of the long beach road to the little town of Kardamena and provides all a young family could want, even with the grandparents along. Everything about it is excellent - accommodation, facilities, food and refreshments. The staff are all first rate and clearly there is a family atmosphere. They cope very well with the different nationalities of the very many guests. I visited alone ahead of the main school holidays to relax and enjoy the weather and was able to do just that and was made to feel welcome and not out of place.

A Good hotel with excellent Service
We stayed for a week in May 2019. Overall had a really good time. This is a good all inclusive hotel which tries ever so hard to keep you happy. There were a couple of really good things - they restocked your bar with free drinks every 2 days and the pedalos on the beach were free to use. The rooms were kept very clean and tidied every day. Service was on the whole very good although getting a drink at mealtimes can be hard - I would suggest a small tip early on in your stay. Hotel pool is good although we preferred the beach - some great food at the beach as part of the all inclusive. Overall the food was ok but we became a bit tired of it by the end of a weeks stay. One thing to note the hotel is set on a hill and is about an hours walk to Kardemena. There is nothing else around other than other Mitsis hotels. Overall however I would recommend the hotel

The staff at the hotel were excellent and every one of them was so helpful. The pool areas did not feel too crowded as there are so many pools dotted around the complex. The rooms were very clean. There was plenty of choice of food to eat for everyone. The only negative would be the amount of hills and stairs to climb which are not ideal with a pram or someone with reduced mobility. A slope from the restaurant/reception area down to the main pool would be a good addition to the complex.

Dans votre brovhure il est inscrit que c est un 5 etoiles quand nlus sommes arive nous avons constaté que c etait un 4 etoiles . Pour la nouriture les plats ne sont pas noté donc on.ne sait pas ce qu on.mange la salle de bain etait vetuste , Vous dites ausdi qu in y a 3 restzurants alors qu il n y a qu une salle de redtauration et pas asdez grande je trouve . Personne ne parle uminimum français pour les escursions personne pour nous aider . La plage etait vetuste aussi . Je suis decue de cet hotel a part l equipe d annimation qui est au top . Nous avons du payer un suppléments pour pouvoir redtet rn chzmbre et avons du changer de chambre . Je note cet hotel 2
