Thank you Mr Alain for taking the time to express yourself here and/or elsewhere, about your experience in our hotel.I can clearly recall the "incident", as I was the frond desk manager for that night, upon your arrival, once you entered your room, the exact very one you booked and reserved for, right away you came out "furious" in our reception, shouting, calling names that I couldn't even mention here and showed disrespect about the hotel, staff etc and all that, during our dinner timeframe with all our place full of guests.I remember clearly that I tried to calm you down politely and by any mean, thus tried to understand why you feel like that and what your problem might be, but you sent me away with a very very bad behavior and manners, even though you knew already that none of these weren't my fault .Then, in order to ease the situation, I called in a separate place your friend, and I tried to convince him to calm you down and behave your self, as your behavior towards me, my colleagues and our guests were the least, intimidating.I had to ask you to move into our guest office, in order to reduce the noise of your loud speaking and shouting.At one point, I also remember that our restaurant staff came in, to ask you to calm down and not yelling like that as you were disturbing our guests.About all these, you informed of your own by the phone your agencies, which of course they called me in the meantime, and once I explained the very reason why you acting like this and what was the reason, but most importantly your overall behavior and way of your reactions, they asked me if we, as a hotel would like to report you as "black listing customer".All the above exactly why? Because somewhere in your extended vision there were some aircon units? or a terrace which had nothing to do with your undisturbed sea views?? Even the same pictures you providing here your self, proving that you've been trying to justify your behavior by taking pictures from that low angle in order to present something which is undisputable with a common and obvious sense.Also, as you threatened us here, that you are about to do reports in all languages, and in all platforms, in case and/or if we weren't refund you, which with the above you clearly proceeded and followed. All these why? Because you just didn't like what you found? There were thousand ways to sort the above, but you choose the hardest and most unfair one unfortunately.We, hold every right, after this unspeakable behavior of yours, and of course all agencies and platforms from now on will keep this behavior of yours under consideration.
