„Nice, clean place. Exactly as posted. Neighbors were very loud all night and there was an unsupervised pool party with numerous underaged kids one night at 3:30am on a Monday night. No security or adults around - very chaotic. Hopefully that is resolved so the next guests don’t have to deal with these negligent and rude neighbors.“

„Don’t stay here. I checked in and the beds were dirty, there were dishes in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty as well. I called the host to help me. I sent photos. They said they would try to help me. And there was no response for an hour or afterwards. I couldn’t stay in a dirty bed so I had to book another hotel. As of today, I have not received any response from the host, or reimbursement, or apology.“

„The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on ...

„A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to ...

„The room was very clean and the host was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The parking is misleading. You can only park on the street and it’s a one-way short block. You might have to park up around the corner. The host was able to get us a pass to park in that area. We were a little worried about the neighborhood because it seemed a little sketchy at night, but it turned out to be OK. The parking was the biggest downfall. We had to leave a day and a half early due to family emergency. “
