Located within one of Great Falls’ most desirable residential areas, guests are minutes from dining, breweries, museums, Giant Springs State Park, the Missouri River, and outdoor recreation while still enjoying a peaceful and private retreat setting.

✨ Respectful Stays

• This property is located within a peaceful residential neighborhood intended for relaxing stays and respectful travel experiences
• Quiet hours are expected during evening and overnight hours
• Parties, events, unauthorized gatherings, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited
• Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been granted

✨ Hot Tub & Outdoor Areas

• Guests use all amenities including the hot tub, decks, stairs, and outdoor spaces at their own discretion and risk
• Children must be supervised at all times around the hot tub, outdoor spaces, stairs, and decks
• No glass is permitted near the hot tub area
• Please secure and replace the hot tub cover after use
• Outdoor fires, fireworks, and open flames are prohibited unless specifically approved

✨ Property Care

• Please treat the property, furnishings, décor, and outdoor spaces with care and respect
• Furniture should not be moved or rearranged without permission
• Please promptly report any damages, maintenance concerns, or safety issues during your stay
• Excessive cleaning, damages, smoking remediation, or policy violations may result in additional charges

✨ Pet Policy

• To maintain an allergy friendly environment for guests and staff, pets are not permitted
• Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee for additional cleaning, allergen remediation, and policy violation

✨ Smoking Policy

• Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the property
• Evidence of smoking inside the home may result in additional remediation fees

✨ Check In & Checkout

• Secure keyless self check in is provided for a seamless and private arrival experience
• Your personalized entry code is typically the last four digits of the phone number associated with your reservation unless otherwise communicated
• Early check in and late checkout may be available based on scheduling and cleaning availability and may require additional fees

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay
• Please leave the property in reasonable condition upon departure and follow provided checkout instructions
• A five percent administrative processing fee applies to refunds in accordance with our cancellation policy
