**The space**
44 ft of open-concept living with high ceilings, luxury vinyl plank floors, and modern farmhouse decor. The loft is accessed by sturdy interior stairs (kids must be supervised). Full bathroom with 48" walk-in shower.

**Guest access**
The entire trailer and back deck are yours. 15 acres to wander (please stay off the neighboring fields).

**Other things to note**
• No smoking/vaping inside or near the trailer
• Pets considered case-by-case ($50 fee + $200 refundable deposit)
• Quiet hours 11 pm – 7 am (you’ll love the silence anyway!)

Do not let your pets jump and scratch the doors or screen doors. You will be charged for repairs or replacements. Screen doors are $135
