Riverfront A-Frame with Hot Tub, Game Room and Fire Pit - Sleeps 10, Dogs OK

A true A-frame on the Pilchuck River, just past Granite Falls on the Mountain Loop Highway. Wake up to the sound of water and cedars, soak in the riverside hot tub, then cook in the open kitchen while the hide-away projector warms up for movie night. Escape to the cabin for a family trip, remote work, or to celebrate a special occasion.

THE HOUSE
A soaring window wall, a gas fireplace, and an open kitchen and living area on the main floor. One bedroom on the lower level for easy access and two sit upstairs under the peak. There is no TV in the main house - movies play on a 100 inch hide-away projector screen with surround sound and subwoofer and the usual streaming apps.

THE RIVERFRONT
The lawn runs down to the water and the hot tub faces the river. There is a short path down to private beach access, plus a fire pit, a hammock, outdoor dining and a gas BBQ.

THE GAME GARAGE
A detached, covered garage across the road is finished as a game room with pop-a-shot, ping pong, pool and cornhole - plenty to do when it rains. Smart tv is connected to the PS4 for gaming and to watch movies. DVDs and Blue-rays are located in the armoire. Wood stove and garage heater will make the space toasty all year, and stays cool naturally in the summer.

WHAT IS NEARBY
Heather Lake and Lake Twentytwo trailheads are minutes away. The Verlot ranger station, general store and campground are next door. Granite Falls has a well stocked grocery store about 15 minutes back down the highway. Verlot itself has no cell reception, so we run Starlink wifi at the house.

GOOD TO KNOW
- The entire house, hot tub, game garage, BBQ and riverfront yard are yours alone. Nothing is shared and no one else is on site.
- Dogs are welcome.
- Self check-in with a smart lock. Off-street parking in the driveway.
- Starlink wifi works great! Perfect for remote work.
- Washer and dryer, full kitchen, coffee, and starter supplies.
- Exterior security cameras cover the driveway only. There are no indoor cameras.
- The hot tub and the river are not gated or locked. Please watch children closely.
- Two portable AC units run upstairs in summer. Keeping the blinds and windows closed during the day keeps the cabin comfortable, but on very hot days they can struggle to keep up.
