They got us in at the last minute as a result of a problem with the property we had originally booked. Staff was great! The problems were minor, hairdryer didn't work, juice machine was putting out only water, location wasn't exactly where we wanted to be. The service, friendliness and pool temperature kind of made up for it. The lady cleaning the windows was so efficient, I had to watch her for some tips.

Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was extremely limited. Tiles in pool and hot tub loose and falling off. Pool was FREEZING. Hot tub barely “hot” smelled like cigarettes in the hallway and room.

We stayed for 2 nights! The staff at the front desk were always friendly and accommodating! Our room and bedding was clean but there was a weird stain on the floor. The pillows were not good lol very flat you can tell they’ve been used for years. The hot tub was nice! Thats one of the main reasons we chose this hotel! There is also free breakfeast which I enjoyed!

My complaint is with Expedia. I thought I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub based on the pictures and price. When I got to check in, all of the jacuzzi rooms had been booked a week prior to mine. Expedia needs to update their process; super disappointing!!

The staff was beyond nice and the place was very clean , even though the motel is next to the high way I couldn’t hear any traffic from my room which was very nice.

My wife and I are big breakfast people, the breakfast wasn’t great. The sausage and egg were cooked in the microwave I’m pretty sure and orange juice was very watered down, everything else was decent, but not happy with the breakfast at all.
