Please come and stay at our cozy 2 story Grand Rapids Home. You have access to the whole house, and this rental has just been newly remodeled and refurnished with all the amenities of home. Specifically, this 2 bedroom house has 1 main floor bedroom with a queen-sized bunk bed as well as a similar queen-sized bunk bed in the 1 upstairs bedroom to easily accommodate 8 guests. There is a full-sized bath upstairs, and a half bath downstairs. A washer/dryer is provided for use in the basement. Two tables have also been set-up in the basement to make room for play or entertaining. Wifi Internet is available and cable t.v. is set-up above the study desk within the spacious living room.

This air conditioned house is attractively decorated and has hardwood floors through-out the 1100 sq. ft. finished house. If you need other sleeping arrangements, use the sectional couch with ottoman in the living room area. The dining room table comfortably sits six to eight adults and is off of the kitchen as one heads toward the living room The kitchen comes with a good-sized refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and dishes, pans, & etc. needed for preparing meals.

Parking is off-street and in back of the house. It is a corner lot, and public bus transportation is available within the neighborhood. The house is conveniently located and only a few miles from the Van Andel Arena, DeVos Center; breweries, restaurants, museums, Meijer Gardens, Medical Mile, and Grand Valley State University. US 131, also, has an easy entrance and exit nearby. Thus, one can easily travel North to visit the Comstock Park Whitecaps Ball Park, quaint town of Rockford, or Cannons burg Ski Area; or head South to Gun Lake Casino, Saugatuck, or the State Park in South Haven; or connect via I-96 and head West to see Holland, Grand Haven, Lake Michigan beaches, or Muskegon; or go due East to browse around Aquinas College, Calvin College Campus or simply stop & shop at Woodland Mall, and the big box & chain stores on 28th St. SE -- most are all within about a 45 minute drive or less.
