Our 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with a partially finished basement is a perfect place for your stay! It has beautiful, modern updates including a sprawling deck, covered porch, beautiful built-in shelves, crown molding, recently remodeled bathroom, and much more. Right around the corner are some of the best parks, bars, and restaurants in Grand Rapids, plus easy access to all of the major health systems in GR. You'll love it!

-Bedrooms 1 & 2 each include a large closet and dresser and queen sized bed

-Bedroom 3 is a smaller room (formerly a nursery) and includes a double bed and closet

-Bedroom 4 is in the finished basement, where a queen and double air mattress can be provided upon request

We have a brand new washer and dryer in the basement available to all guests that you are welcome to utilize. Additionally, unlike many of the other historical homes in the area, the house is always well heated, you will never be too cold here even on those freezing Michigan days, and we have also have air conditioning for those unreasonable Michigan summer days!

Traveling with an infant or child? We're happy to accommodate your needs. The house comes with permanent retractable baby gates at the base and top of the main floor staircase and the top of the basement staircase. We also have a variety of equipment, including cribs, strollers, and high chairs, available for rent through BabyQuip!

Traveling with a pet? We love dogs, and cats are pretty cool too! We do have a pet fee built in for a single animal, additional charges apply for a second pet. Limit two animals per stay. The backyard is fenced in and kept our two doodles from roaming outside its parameters for years, however if your dog is an escape artist (looking at you, huskies) you may consider leashing them. We also have a wonderful dog park a quick walk away. We do not provide leashes, water/food bowls, litterboxes, or other animal equipment, but may be able to with an advance request. Please communicate in advance all requests for pets to stay with you at our place. We do expect that you clean thoroughly prior to your departure and we will do the same to ensure the space is allergen free for the next guests.
