In warmer months, enjoy hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, boat rentals, and more—all within walking distance or a short drive. Whether you’re looking to relax at the cabin, stroll into town and down to the lake, or dive into outdoor exploration, our cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and mountain fun.

No Parties/Events Allowed. Strictly Enforced.

No smoking of any kind inside. If smoking outside, please use an ashtray or a cup with water for disposal, as Colorado`s dry climate poses a high fire risk.

Neighborhood noise ordinance: 10 pm. Please keep all noise inside after this time.

Pets are allowed with a $65 non-refundable fee (for the 1st pet). Inquire about multiple pets, cats, or long stays.

Snow removal is managed by the HOA. Snow removal is scheduled based on snowfall amounts and cannot be rescheduled. You may be asked to move your car to allow driveway clearing and shoveling. Please be prepared for some snow shoveling around the doors if necessary.

Childproofing: No special measures taken; guests assume risk.

Travel Insurance/Cancellations: Highly recommended. No refunds are provided outside of the cancellation policy. Date changes are treated as cancellations if the new date is later. Check the booking site for details.
