Die Lage ist super für eine Zwischenuebernachtung. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Ein Restaurant ist direkt im Motel dabei. Gerne wieder 😀

Gutes Inn, sauber und verkehrsgünstig
Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig, hatte ein gutes Bett und das Frühstück war amerikanisch. Es liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Nebenan war eine Tankstelle mit einem kleinen Markt. Im Hotel gab es eine Bar. Wie in einem Inn üblich war es zweistöckig und leider ohne Aufzug.

They only have us one towel for each room. They promised me connecting rooms and not only did I not get connecting rooms there was a walkway between us so we couldn’t hear them but everything else we could. They didn’t offer breakfast as told and they thought it was good to just offer coffee.

You indicated that the limited amount of towels, the issue regarding the connecting rooms, and the other concerns mentioned hindered your experience. Pertaining to connecting rooms, this can be requested but not guaranteed. As it relates to breakfast, there is El Mescal restaurant on-site and restaurants close by. The motel is about 60 feet from the hwy so if the fan is off on the heating/cooling unit you can hear the hwy and it sounds like you sleeping in the middle of the road . Otherwise it's was a fine motel with a restaurant and bar on the property.

I was surprised at Red Roof having a below average motel. Since we have two small dogs I always look for a motel with outside doors. This motel had outside doors. The room needed a paint job. The pillows were very hard. The water coming out of the shower would change from hot to cold. It still wasn't cheap over 80.00 not including tax, etc. The reception young woman could have been a bit more cordial. Instead of saying "do you have a reservation" looking elsewhere; could have been something more friendly. Our room was not close to our car. I wouldn't stay there again.

I had stayed at another Red Roof Inn previously and had a nice experience. This particular one, not so much. The beds were full of dog hairs, yellow stains and other “dirt”. If it was not just before midnight we would have left and booked another hotel, we were just too tired after an all day drive. We put towels over the pillows so we could sleep, and left as early as we could in the morning without taking a shower as likely shower had not been cleaned either. Absolutely disgusting experience!

Overall I got more than I was expecting for the great price we got. However, the beds weren't super comfy and the lack of noise dampening on the outside wall made for a difficult nights sleep.

This too short to tell you everything. Rude, unhelpful staff.only one person and unwilling to leave the desk to bring missing item to room. No coffee cups, ask them to send some up to room said to come get them if I want them. No fridge in room even though it said there was on in booking. Restaurant in hotel doesn't open till 11 am and no breakfast provide by hotel and no restaurant nearby. You couldn't pay me to stay here again.
