(no tobacco) I provide smoking accessories that are clean and sanitized after each guest and kept safe in a kitchen cabinet out of reach of kids. Dogs are welcome with a $50 fee.

The space
Welcome to our brand new townhome3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 5 bed townhome! Our home features a garage turned into a game room, complete with a TV and an arcade with over 12k games, ranging from old Atari games to the latest PlayStation and Xbox games. You'll have breathtaking mountain views of the Grand Mesa from the comfort of our home.
The kitchen is a state-of-the-art masterpiece, perfect for those who love to cook and entertain. We also have a wine bar with a wine fridge and electric wine opener for all you wine lovers out there. Our home is kid-friendly and has a pack and play as well as toys for young children.
We are dog friendly with a $50 fee per dog and have a backyard with stunning mountain views. Our home is perfect for family and group travel. We are also 420 friendly and our home is cleaned with a O2 deodorizer to get rid of any lingering smells and not irritate our guests. We hope you'll come stay with us and enjoy all that our home has to offer.

Other things to note

No smoking Tobacco Products in the home $100 fee if noticed
Clean up after your dog immediately $100 fee if any dog feces is found. (Lawn Care will not mow the lawn if they find feces)
Limit 2 pets per stay. Each pet will be charged $50 pet deposit per pet per stay unless previously discussed with host.

We ask that pets NOT be allowed on ABSOLUTELY ANY OF THE FURNITURE. An additional $100 deep cleaning fee will be charged if pet hair is found on the furniture.
Cigarette smoke is NOT ALLOWED in the home. However the house is 420 friendly.
Tampering with internet and/or recording devices is not permitted and will accrue a $300 servicing fee for repair/adjustments and may result in cancellation of stay.
Parties are not permitted.
Charging of electric vehicles will incur an additional fee of $20 per day if not previously discussed with host.

Early Check In/Late Check outs are an additional $50 each with approved consent of host and $100 without consent.
If above rules are not followed, guests will be asked to leave the premises.
