Room temp and BR sink drain
I like Candlewoods because of the kitchenette and I have a chihuahua that I travel with. This room had the bathroom sink drain stuck closed, so I had to use the kitchenette sink (the mechanism under the cabinet had a pin/clasp that popped off and would not lift the stopper). I called the front desk, but it was never fixed. But I was just there one night. At night I couldn't stop the blower or get the room above 70. I lived, but it was uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well after driving 7 hours and then had to turn around and drive another 5. I survived, and I can't say I wouldn't stay there again. But I would ask for another room next time.

Absolute comfort but HUGE pet fee.
I love the Candlewood Suites. The bedroom is separate from the living room/ kitchen which is perfect. My husband is an early riser so having a separate bedroom allows me to sleep. The beds are very comfortable and each queen size bed has 4 down pillows- luxury! The bathroom has full size toiletries and the towels are very soft and absorbent. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing us to make breakfast before we get back on the road. The only negative surprise was a HUGE fee for our cat. The ad stated pet friendly but no mention of the cost. $75 is VERY expensive! We travel with our cat and have NEVER paid half of the cost of the room for our cat. But it was 8:00pm and we were too tired to try to give another hotel. Positive- a great night’s sleep.

Wonderful stay
We had a suite with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. This gave us the flexibility for one of us to work while the other got to sleep in. The kitchenette had everything we needed including a full size refrigerator/freezer- that made ice. The room was very clean and welcoming. We love that we could open the windows for fresh air and that the thermostat worked very well at night. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. We appreciated the full size bath products in the shower and next to the sink. The towels were very absorbent and soft. The beds were comfortable and the 4 feather pillows on each bed were a treat. We only stayed one night and fud not have a chance to check out all the amenities the hotel had to offer. But we will next time. Yes- we definitely plan to come back.

At checkin the front desk girl never shared any information about the property, she just asked for payment and handed the keys over. One of the keys didn’t work I went down to have it remade but still didn’t work so we just dealt with 1 key. Before bed we put the Do Not Disturb sign out on the door, at 10am we were woken up by pounding on the door. She said it was housekeeping, I opened the door and asked what time check out was? Her response was “I don’t speak English” which she said in perfect English…. I then proceeded to call down to front desk and ask what time check out was and the man that answered said Noon. I explained what happen and all he did was apologize thats it. Why is HSKP pounding on the door 2 hours prior to c/o & with having a DND on the door?!?! It was exactly 12pm and someone started pounding on the door again, I opened the door and they asked when we are leaving. I told her we are just packing up and will be out in 5 minutes. Within 2 minutes after that the phone rang, I answered and front desk asked when we are leaving, I told them I just talked to the housekeeper and said 5 minutes. The man said no that wasn’t housekeeping that was front desk you talked to! If that was Front Desk then why are YOU calling me 2 minutes later when you already have the information? He then said to avoid any additional charges you HAVE to be out by noon! WHAT!?!? All staff at this facility are Extremely Rude, Unprofessional and Harassing!!! Never staying here AGAIN!!!!

My only complaint is no breakfast. It was explained that it is extended stay with kitchen in each suite. Would not recommend for overnight stay when you get a full breakfast that is comparable to this hotel included in your room rate.
