Located along the same quiet street, the collection brings together three neighboring waterfront accommodations, The Blanc, The Noir, and The Riviere Skoolie, plus The Lake Château just a short walk away.



When you reserve La Maison du Lac, all four accommodations are exclusively yours. No shared common spaces with outside guests, no separate bookings within the collection, and no need to divide your group between unrelated properties across town.

THE EXPERIENCE



Imagine bringing your favorite people together for a weekend or an extended stay where everyone has room to settle in, but no one feels far away.



Mornings begin with coffee overlooking Lake Granbury. Some guests head out in the kayaks while others linger over breakfast or relax beside the water.



Afternoons unfold across private swimming pools, hot tubs, outdoor lounges, game rooms, and gathering spaces. There is room for the entire group to come together, but also plenty of opportunities to break into smaller groups and enjoy the property at your own pace.



As evening arrives, gather for dinner, watch the sunset over the lake, relax around the fire pits, or unwind in a hot tub beneath the Texas sky.

Some guests will spend their time on the water. Others will love the pools, games, and outdoor entertainment. And some may simply find their favorite chair overlooking the lake and never want to leave.

THE LAKE CHÂTEAU | The Waterfront Escape



Inspired by the charm of a French château, this lakefront home combines distinctive interiors with outdoor spaces built for gathering.



A private swimming pool, elevated covered veranda with an oversized hot tub, waterfront dock, kayaks, and lakeside fire pit create an inviting setting from morning through evening.



Inside, vintage furnishings, collected Round Top antiques, a one-of-a-kind round king bed, and an oversized communal bunk room give the home its unmistakable character.



The covered veranda overlooking the lake is especially memorable, with outdoor dining, comfortable seating, and beautiful water views.



THE BLANC | The Gathering House



Featured in 360 West Magazine, The Blanc is a spacious six-bedroom lakefront home with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and room for large groups to gather comfortably.



Two indoor living areas, a full kitchen, generous dining spaces, and a large game room make it easy to bring everyone together.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private hot tub overlooking the water, multiple fire pits, outdoor cooking areas, kayaks, a putting green, and a private boat ramp suitable for approved small vessels.



The property sits near the meeting of Long Creek, the Brazos River, and the open waters of Lake Granbury, creating expansive water views and beautiful sunsets.



THE NOIR | The Design and Wellness Retreat



The Noir brings a completely different energy to the collection.



Originally transformed from an aging lakeside structure, this bold, design-forward barndominium features a dramatic 16-foot glass wall overlooking the lake, a statement pink pool table, original artwork, and carefully collected vintage pieces.



Outdoors, a private sport pool, heated hot tub, barrel sauna, vintage outdoor soaking tub, putting green, kayaks, waterfront swings, and fire pit create a setting where recreation and relaxation come together.



It's a favorite place to unwind, spend time with friends, and enjoy the waterfront from a different perspective.



THE RIVIERE SKOOLIE | The Unexpected Escape



Every memorable getaway needs something a little unexpected.



The Riviere Skoolie is a beautifully converted full-size school bus transformed into a colorful, comfortable glamping retreat just steps from Lake Granbury.



Inside, guests will find a queen bed, two twin beds, a kitchenette, WiFi, and a smart TV.



Outside, a private two-person hot tub, separate covered bathhouse with rain shower, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and access to kayaks create a one-of-a-kind experience.



The Skoolie is ideal for couples or a small family within the larger group who want a little extra adventure and their own unique place to retreat.

La Maison du Lac gives your group the feeling of a private lakeside escape while keeping you close to some of North Texas's favorite destinations.



Historic Granbury Square is approximately 10 minutes away, offering locally owned restaurants, boutiques, wineries, live music, and seasonal events.



Warren's Backyard, a popular outdoor live music venue, is just minutes from the properties.



Fort Worth is approximately 45 minutes away, making the collection convenient for groups traveling from across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.



DFW International Airport is approximately one hour away, depending on traffic.



Spend your days exploring Granbury or enjoy everything the properties have to offer without ever leaving your lakeside retreat.



GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING



La Maison du Lac accommodates up to 54 registered guests across four separate accommodations. Guests should review the individual sleeping arrangements carefully, as some additional sleeping spaces include bunks, sofa beds, and supplemental mattresses.



The properties are located along the same street, with three neighboring accommodations and The Lake Château a short walk away.



This is a residential lakefront setting intended for respectful group stays. Parties, events, weddings, or gatherings involving additional visitors require advance written approval. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.



The primary renter must be at least 24 years old.



**ICE:** Ice is not provided at any of the four accommodations. Guests should plan to bring or purchase bagged ice as needed. Refrigerator ice makers, where present, are not guaranteed to be operational.



All guests complete a brief verification process after booking, including signing a standard rental agreement and placing a refundable security hold on a credit card. The hold is not a charge and is released after checkout, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue. Processing times may vary.
