Located at the quieter end of the first-floor hallway, away from the elevator and most passing foot traffic, this three-bedroom condo offers plenty of room for families and friends to relax. Gather around the cozy gas fireplace, enjoy the convenience of in-home laundry, and take advantage of parking for one vehicle in the ground-floor covered garage, heated during winter.

Walk or take a short drive into Government Camp for coffee, restaurants, and local favorites, or spend your days exploring Mt. Hood`s skiing, hiking, and year-round adventures. Afterward, unwind with shared access to a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Guest Access
✔ Guests have private use of the entire condo during their stay
✔ Additional parking can be found along Government Camp Loop; please follow posted signs and seasonal restrictions
✔ All units are accessed through the ground floor garage. From there, guests may take the elevator or stairs and follow the interior hallway to the condo
✔ There is no direct exterior walk-up entrance, including for first-floor units
✔ The shared wax room is on the first floor, where Units 101 to 104 are located
✔ The shared fitness room is on the second floor, where Units 201 to 204 are located, and offers a small selection of exercise equipment
✔ Guests will need to take a short walk to the clubhouse to access the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna

✅ This condo is reserved as one of the two dog-friendly units in the lodge; the other is 103
✅ Once opened, one well-behaved dog weighing up to 50 pounds will be permitted
✅ Dogs must be leashed in all shared areas and may not be left unattended on the balcony
✅ Guests must pick up all waste and are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, or disruptive barking
✅ Parties and smoking are not permitted
✅ South Grand Lodge is a shared condominium building, so normal hallway and neighboring unit sounds may occasionally be heard
✅ Shared amenities may be unavailable because of HOA maintenance, weather, or operational closures
✅ The outdoor walkway to the amenity area may be snowy or icy during winter; sturdy footwear is recommended
✅ Winter driving conditions can change quickly, and four wheel drive, chains, or traction tires may be required
✅ Cell phone reception can vary in the mountains, but WiFi is available for WiFi calling

Guest Count: Please keep your guest count accurate and within booking limits—this includes overnight guests and any daytime drop-ins. If it starts to feel like a surprise reunion, it’s probably too many. Parties and events aren’t permitted, but cozy gatherings and good conversations are always encouraged.

Check-In: Getting in is easy. The home is equipped with a secure electronic lock, and you’ll receive your unique code before arrival. Enter, exhale, and you’re on vacation. Codes are reset after each stay for your safety.

Photography & Filming: We agree—it’s a photogenic space. Professional photography or filming just needs prior written approval.

Damage Policy: Life happens. If anything goes wrong, please let us know so we can fix it.

The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage up to $1,500, as long as it’s reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out (Airbnb reservations excluded).
