During the SUMMER, there is access to the outdoor pool, splash pad, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and the lakes. In the WINTER months, the amenities include the indoor pool, sauna, snack bar, fitness center, and the sled hill, all found within the recreation center.

- This home is under Big Bass Lake community.
Guest registration upon check-in is required.
We will send more details about this requirement after the reservation is confirmed.
- Failure to submit registration information at least three days before arrival will result in a $50 community fine.
- A $15 fee applies to each change, plus any additional charges. Please submit all updates at least three business days before arrival to avoid penalties.
- Persons not listed on the above List of Authorized Guests/Renters/Visitors will be
Denied Entry.

- Amenity use passes are priced as follows and are available for purchase at the Clubhouse, or the Association Office.(age seven (7) and above):
The prices for amenity passes are $8 on weekdays and $10 on weekends, which includes Fridays. We also have weekly passes for $30 per person and holiday passes for $50, and these rates stay the same throughout the year.

The normal hours for the indoor pool and recreation center are as follows:
- Wednesdays: 6:00 PM to 7:45 PM
- Fridays: 5:00 PM to 7:45 PM
- Saturdays: 11:00 AM to 6:45 PM
- Sundays: 11:00 AM to 4:45 PM

Please note that these hours may vary depending on holidays or special events, and the schedule is determined closer to those dates.
