„Habe dieses Hotel eher zufällig über expedia entdeckt. Tolles Ressort in zwar abgelegener, jedoch traumhafter Lage mit Blick auf den See, Aktivitätenprogramm (wenn man will). Einziger Schwachpunkt ist die Verpflegung. Restaurant auf dem Gelände hat nicht jeden Tag geöffnet, aber aufgrund der Lage möchte man z. B. abends nicht unbedingt nach Gordonsville reinfahren. “

„The resort is set up very nice, the pools are relaxing and well maintained. The rooms are rather small not much extra space. Bathroom needed better cleaning a lot of hair behind the door and toliet. Game room was nice just needs a few newer games. We weren't told the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast during the week only on weekends. Also wasn't told about the 200.00 per room hold on your card and we booked 2 rooms so wasn't happy about that. The facility is nice and well maintained ...

„The property is gorgeous, and was in a perfect location for us! The hosts were lovely and have clearly made an effort to make guests comfortable. The bedding was amazing and kitchen well-stocked. We loved the proximity to the animals - chickens, dogs, sheep and cats all around. We did not realize prior that two of the bedrooms are through a separate entrance but easily made it work. The only detractor was that the cleanliness was a little spotty.“

„Our stay at the Shenandoah Crossing was wonderful! The setting was beautiful and the cabin was awesome! Very clean and modern with the rustic feel. All staff at the lodge were helpful and very nice! Our family enjoyed our stay very much! We’re already talking about making this a yearly trip! Thank you! The only thing I could suggest is to please list the incidental fee amount on the confirmation information. Other than that our trip was much more than we anticipated!!“

„Property is great. Check in process needs work. You have to get your parking passes from the sales representatives who are trying to get you into their timeshare. When I asked for passes they had no idea how to contact security at the gate and instructed me to drive my own passes out to the gate for my guests.“

„Sadly, our yurt was covered in spider webs that hadn’t been cleaned and we had rodents, spiders (wolf and black widow!!) and couldn’t sleep. Otherwise I will say we had fun, liked the property and things to do. Would just not stay in a yurt again.“
