Wenn eine 8cm lange Schabe einem aus dem Schrank guten Morgen wünscht, erwarte ich vom Personal eines 5* Hotels nicht die Frage, ob ich des Fenster offen hatte! Sehr enttäuschender Service! Geht gar nicht!

Modernes und stylisches Hotel in Zentrumsnähe
Sehr stylisches Hotel, nahme am Zentrum aber doch ruhige Umgebung. Sehr gute Auswahl an Essen und Trinken im und nahe des Hotels. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind top ausgestattet und bieten guten Komfort mit modernster Technik. Etwas kleines hat uns gestört und zwar hatten wir das Zimmer mit Meerblick, jedoch nicht weit oben. Deshalb hörten wir die Lüftungsgeräusche der Küche eher stark. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt unter dem Hotel, was den Roadtrip komfortabel gestaltet hat. Top Hotel auf unserer Reise gewesen!

Hotel was lovely however.. water was not free in room, hotel fridge was crammed with for purchase items and lobby bikes were not free but for rental only. When you book a hotel you look at all amenities and in this case there were several discrepancies. Time for a hotel review Expedia.

The hotel was very nice and had good dining options although a bit expensive. The tram was in easy walking distance. The staff were helpful and friendly especially as I was travelling alone.

Loved QT. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day by lovely ladies who were friendly and always had a smile for you. The shampoo and soaps were great, been trying to find where i can buy these in Adelaide. if there was a 10 out of 10 i would give them a 10 - hope you see you again next year

Mixed Experience at the Hotel
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the interior was beautifully designed and parking was hassle-free, there were a few aspects that left me with mixed feelings. The room was clean and comfortable, but the additional charge for coffee, on top of the already paid breakfast, felt unnecessary. It's disheartening when basic amenities come with an extra cost. Moreover, my attempt to enjoy the pool was hindered by the early reservation system for cabanas. By 9 o'clock in the morning, all cabanas were fully booked, leaving no chairs available. The cabanas can be booked for $70 a day there are only around ten which leaves around 20 free loungers which were all taken just after breakfast, so relaxing around the pool was not an option. In summary, while the hotel has its merits, the extra fees and the limited poolside experience left me with a less-than-ideal impression.
