I have had a meeting with our cleaners and have brought your concerns to them about the oven and not cleaning under the beds. this will be monitored daily. I am so pleased we were able to offer you an ocean view and a spacious well appointment apartment for your family at a cost effective tariff. We are in a great location within walking distance to Cavill Avenue and across from the beach. Thank you for your comments in regards to the beds that need addressing, we do not know if something is uncomfortable until it is reported to Reception, and we will pass your comment to the owner of the unit.

Hi Nisa, Thanks for your review and constructive comments. The Body Corporate in in the process of updating all the hallways, we are in the process of having these painted and carpeted. I am so sorry to hear that the room smelt bad and had ants, we would have happily rectified this for you if this was bought to our attention. I will also look into your comments re: dryer lint, balconies and the wind noise. I am so pleased to hear the reception staff were pleasant and security was helpful. Usually guests find that running the air con in the main living area all day with the bedroom doors open, is enough to cool the entire apartment down. We do not allow alcohol in the pool area at any time and we certainly would have moved them on had we been aware of the situation. Our apologies for this incident. Wei! We are excited to say that we have a brand new wi-fi system that the guests are loving. It is a vast improvement on the old system! We are so glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay and we look forward to welcoming you back to Focus!

I would love to know what maintenance issue you had! We take pride in our apartments and try to ensure that all maintenance is up to date. Sometimes we are unaware they are issues unless the guests tell us. We hope to welcome you back to Focus one day soon!

We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at Focus. The 3 bedroom apartments are very big and fully self-contained!

You will be glad to know that we now have fans or air con in all our apartments! I am disappointed to hear that you were not happy with the after hours service. we have an on-site night manager who can be contacted at any time. I can only presume that you did not call Nitel, our after hours phone line, and request assistance.
