Shawnee Pines #3 - Cozy Cabin

SMOKING: We have a very clear NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke in the cabin/house/apartment or around the doors and windows, you will be charged a $1000 fine. There is an ashtray for smoking outside with doors and windows shut. Please do not throw cigarettes in the yard.

PETS: We are allowing dogs on a case-by-case basis. If you leave any messes or the dog destroy anything, you will be charged up to $1000 for damages and extra cleaning. Dogs are to be with their owners at all times if outside.

Please do not throw loose trash in trash cans. We provide trash bags and there will be an additional charge of $30 for trash not in bags into the large can. The trash people will not pick it up.
