There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. Communication in English with the staff members was no problem. Rooms are quite small but that's Tokyo standard and totally fine. The only issue is that there are only two elevators which can be quite busy especially in the morning. Keep this in mind ...

For two people it might be too small though. The location is very convenient to get to all sorts of places in Tokyo. I can recommend the food served at the hotel as well. Sehr nettes Personal. Check-In, sowie Check-Out gingen schnell und reibungslos. Einziges Manko sind die Fahrstühle, da man teilweise wirklich lange warten muss. Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts zu kritisieren!
(Spa-Bereich und Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, da mit Tattoos nicht erlaubt). "
