Apartment in Godley finden und günstig mieten

„It was advertised as an apartment. It was NOT an apartment. But the room was quiet which was nice. Good place for a nap. My smoke alarm was dying but a quick call to the front had it fixed in about 15 minutes. No shampoos or conditioners. Decent location. Honestly when I walked in I was like.... what did I just get myself into. But again. Quiet room. Good place for a nap. Good price.“

„Property was clean and well maintained, but not ideally suited to three people. Space was very small which made it difficult to engage in many leisure-type activities. „Excellent experience! My hosts were exceptional, warm and inviting. Melissa felt like a friend within minutes of meeting her and made me feel right “at home!” The property is beautiful and waking up and looking out my window or stepping out onto the patio for morning tea and seeing horses grazing - incredible! I’m moving to the area and hope to stay at Melissa’s wonderful property again. Thanks Melissa!“

„Host was very communicative throughout the stay. The room was very clean and the nature surrounding the place was beautiful and peaceful to be around. Highly recommend anyone to visit.“

„Room felt spacious enough for two of us, plenty of space to relax after our outings around town.“

„Saw folks enjoying themselves at the pool, added a lively vibe despite being low key.“

City shut off water with no notice the first day; not the hosts fault, but an inconvenience. Apartment either below or next door must have a smoker, smell was pervasive in the evenings.“

„Nothing fancy but functional accommodations overall, did what we wanted without issues.“

„Overall I was very satisfied and thought it was a great little studio for a working professional. My one complaint, and communicated to the property owner, was the window AC unit filter was extremely dirty. Didn't impact it working, but not a good look. She was responsive, though I didn't request action as I just cleaned myself. Pic is of bathroom exhaust that gives a idea of AC. Given it's a small space, would've been nice to have a mini ironing board and iron.Would easily stay here again and ...
