  • Lage, Lage, Lage! Waterviews und einen kurzen Spaziergang zu Good Harbor Beach. Diese vier Schlafzimmer / 2. 5 Bad Ferienhaus ist groß und komfortabel und ist nur wenige Schritte zu den weißen Sand und Salzwasser von Good Harbor Beach. Die Lage bietet das Beste aus allen Welten, wie es so nah an einem der beliebtesten Strände von Cape Ann ist und Wasser Blick auf Bass-Felsen, die dramatische Felsenküste, ein Ziel für diejenigen, die Aussicht auf den Atlantik am intensivsten auch. Das beliebte "zurück Ufer" zu Fuß ist eine der schönsten Wanderungen an der Ostküste und der Bürgersteig beginnt vor Haus am Meer und weiter für 1. 5 Meilen eine Möglichkeit (oder 3 Meilen hin und zurück zum Haus zurück) umarmt den felsigen Küstenlinie mit konstanten Meeresbrise als eine reizvolle Bonus!


    Die Vorderseite des Hauses hat einen vollen Länge Veranda, von dem aus man das Meer in angenehmen Schatten sehen können und ein Getränk oder eine Mahlzeit im Freien genießen. dienen Doppel Von der Veranda mit einem Flachbildschirm und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, und die separate (aber angrenzende) Höhle mit einem ausziehbaren Sofa (und TV mit DVD-Player für die umfangreiche DVD-Sammlung im Haus) das Wohnzimmer betreten, die das Zimmer macht Pflicht als Kind (oder Erwachsener) Ausflug oder halbprivate zusätzlicher Schlafplatz. Das neu renovierte Granit Küche ist Essen-in und vollständig applianced und hat Speisekammer eines Butlers mit mehr Speicher und ein anderes Waschbecken und ein WC.


    Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer (alle mit Klimaanlage) und zwei weitere Badezimmer mit WC, die Master-Bad neu mit einem übergroßen Whirlpool renoviert, zwei Waschbecken und eine separate, verglaste Dusche und das Bad Hall, die eine in voller Größe Whirlpool mit Dusche über hat es. Das Haus wird bequem 10 mit genügend Raum schlafen für Ihre Familie und die Leute, die wollen, werden Sie in diesem wunderschönen Strandhaus zu besuchen. Lassen Sie Ihr Auto in der Einfahrt (und vermeiden die Strandparkgebühren) und zu Fuß zu Good Harbor Beach. Das Haus hat zwei anderen besetzten Einheiten mit separaten Eingängen und Parkplätze.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. I do agree with the other reviewer that the amount of signs telling you what to do or not do is overwhelming. Some are helpful, so are completely not necessary. There is also people living in the basement and attic, but it was no big deal. We rarely saw them and never heard them, we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It would also be nice if there was whole house A/C. Also the one room A/C constantly needed emptied. It was humid during our stay and the ocean breeze didn't really cut it. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room, very comfortable and clean. You can not beat this location! We walked to the beach frequently and it was so nice not to worry about parking. The beach was amazing. Bass Rocks in the front yard was so beautiful. The town was cute and there was plenty to do nearby. This is a great rental.

Frustrating vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Probably the worst vacation home we've ever rented in the east coast. The only saving grace was the stunning beauty of the location. The house was unclean (ants running around everywhere in kitchen, dirty floor, disgustingly dirty carpet, etc.), no dinning room, very small living room ,poorly furnished. The beds however were clean and comfortable. The creepiest point was that it appeared that the owners lived in both the basement and the attic of the rental house! There were many locked doors and closets with overwhelming number of sings mostly telling you what not to do. Definitely not welcoming place. We will go back to the area but never to that house again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family from Maryland, NYC and the Boston area united at the Seaside House for a week in August, including two small children. We have stayed at numerous properties near Good Harbor Beach over several decades, and found Seaside House to be a spacious and well-equipped property just a short walk from the beach, with the added benefit of the lovely Bass Rocks views and walks. Terrific weather and a full moon over the water added to our enjoyment. The owners are on the property and offered any assistance we might need, but all went smoothly. We would suggest the addition of room darkening shades in all windows, especially on the front of the house. It's a great house for kids with all the diversions of the beach, a nice porch, and super play and game room. The busy street traffic right in front of the house was the only downside for us, and did not seriously detract from the restful experience.

Perfect family vacation for 8 people

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the place was very clean and there was an instruction book for us to follow, making it easy to know what to do with garbage and recyclables, the tv remotes, and how to leave the place upon departure. I met the owner who was very courteous and friendly. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and one of them is very spacious with a king bed, air conditioning unit, tv, and large bathroom and double sink. The other had a queen and the other 2 had twin beds each. The kitchen is long and fairly wide too. We played games at the kitchen table every night. The house is stocked with about 100 dvd movies and has 2 tv's on the main floor. There were 2 folding tables we used on the porch for our dinners, along with the large glass table and 6 chairs that were already there. I couldn't have been more pleased with a stay at the beach than we were in this house. Had my family of 5 plus my parents and my mother-in-law. We had lobster dinners twice out on the spacious porch which overlooks the ocean. We also cook on the grilled 2 times! Loved our stay! Would do it again in a heartbeat if we can get enough people to fill the house. And it was seamless to make the transactions with the realty company too. They are very courteous.

This one was the best! The location and the views were incredible. The beach was just a 5 minute walk. The house had every amenity one could ever expect or want. Everything was spotless. The owners were so gracious and welcoming. They even helped me when my antique brain couldn't figure out the TV remote! We plan to be back next year.

Reviewer Comments: Yes, the Seaside may be a little costly, but it was very much worth every penny of it! 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in New England, clean, quiet, spacey, pretty, convienient, with all the gadgets and tools to feel at home. I recommend it. Only little dark side: the traffic that passes by regularely.

We spent a week here in July for a family reunion. The ocean view was spectacular. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk. The home was well equipped, clean, and homey. Our clan got a bit noise some evenings on the large front porch facing the ocean. The home-owner lives upstairs and say they didn't hear a thing. The owners are very nice. We had a great time at our vacation rental. We happened to arrive on an unreasonably hot day that lasted 2 days. There is only 1 window air conditioner in the master bedroom. They did have lots of fans. After those 2 days the weather and ocean breeze are heavenly. I would reccomend to the owners to supply beach towels.
