This welcoming home features a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace and oversized windows with mountain views. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops and access to the outdoor deck. Gather around the dining table with a framed view of Mount Sopris or savor the outdoors on the roomy deck, perfect for grilling and admiring the beautiful scenery. If you prefer to dine out, Kanpai Sushi and Bar is within a 3 mile drive.

Just off the living room you`ll find a warm and inviting piano bar exuding the nostalgia of the 1970s. This charming space features a wet bar, mini-fridge and a piano for your enjoyment. A desk placed in front of the window provides a pleasant spot for remote work, offering beautiful views.

The garage has been transformed into a lively game room featuring a pool table, ping pong, foosball, darts, and a cozy TV area for family movie nights.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, generous closet space and private bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub. Three additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the lower level offer ample space for everyone. One charming room is lined with windows and has twin bunk beds, making it ideal for the kids in the family. The other two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds.

A flight of stairs must be climbed to reach the main entrance, living room, kitchen and primary bedroom. The game room and other bedrooms are on the lower level.

DURING WINTER MONTHS, A 4WD OR AWD VEHICLE IS REQUIRED DUE TO SNOWY, ICY ROADS AND STEEP DRIVEWAY.

Dog friendly however the yard is not fenced in so dogs must be on a leash. Limit of 2 dogs. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT PET FEE. Must be crated when left alone. Please request to review our Dog Rules prior to your arrival.

HOUSE RULES
These rules must be observed on the premises of the Property you have booked. The renter of the Property shall be referred to herein as the “Guest” or “You” and the owner of the Property shall be referred to herein as the “Homeowner”. You, as the Guest, accept and assume full responsibility for ensuring any person permitted at the Property abides by the rules expressed herein. Upon booking, reservation and payment, you agree to abide by the following rules:
A. You are responsible for all occupants of the home and must require that all rules herein, as well as the within the Short Term Rental Agreement, are followed.
B. No one under the age of twenty-five (25) shall qualify to rent this property. You shall not rent or stay at the Property unless there shall be at least one Guest over the age of twenty-five (25) concurrently renting or staying at the Property. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
C. Smoking, vaping and all recreational drug use are NOT permitted in the house or on the Property. A fine will be assessed if these policies are not observed.
D. You must take Garbage/Trash to the curb on the scheduled day(s) of trash removal and not before, as indicated in the Guest Guide located within the Property.
E. Pets are NOT permitted in the house or on the Property unless otherwise stated in the listing. Manager is not authorized to make exceptions to these terms. Not abiding by these terms may result in eviction and forfeiture of amounts paid.
F. You, or any other person on the Property during your stay, may not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
G. You are solely responsible for any other person at the Property. Additional persons, other than the number of guests reserved and booked in the original booking and reservation, may NOT stay overnight at the Property.
H. You will be responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by you.
I. You shall abide by all Federal, State and Local laws.
J. You shall notify the local police and Homeowner of any illegal activity that is witnessed in or around the Property.
K. You agree not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property.
L. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time.
M. You may not use or store Kerosene or space heaters at any time in or around the Property.
N. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles.
O. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose.
P. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property.
Q. You may not bring your own grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises.
R. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property.
S. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property.
T. You shall use ventilating fans at all times when bathing or cooking.
U. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather.
V. You shall notify Manager of any pest control problems.
W. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at your own risk. You further understand that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement.
X. You may not block the fire escape at any time.
Y. The Homeowner does not permit large gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by you or any person permitted on the Property during your stay which results in any police action, complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law.
Z. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. No towels or linens shall be taken from the house. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged to you for each booking and reservation. You must keep the Property, inside and out, clean and sanitary at all times.

We received great information about the home. wonderful ladies weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in Glenwood Springs. The house was spacious. A little outdated in areas. The kitchen was updated, however, and fully stocked with cooking tools and dishes. More so then other places I have stayed. The deck was great. We loved hanging out there in the evenings sitting aroung the firepit. The location was 10-15 mins from downtown GWS. There isn't AC but there are AC splits to help cool off the house. Suggestions would be to have the Air on when guest are coming on hot days and have some pest control done. There were wasps around the deck and we found a large wolf spider in the downstairs bathroom. It was a nice house and we would stay there again!!

This was a wonderful place to stay as a larger family. Full kitchen, plenty of bedrooms, games, and beautiful patio views. You don’t even need to leave the house much to enjoy a visit here in Glenwood. The kids didn’t even want to come back home. We would love to come back again and highly recommend to everyone!

Awesome vacation home

This home was perfect for our family get together (grandparents (us!), son, daughter-in-law, and 3 grandkids). Plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved the foosball game in the basement and the piano. This kitchen is amazingly well stocked! You have any small appliance, pans, utensils you would need. The view was breathtaking! The grill is large and in great shape. Hoped to use it but it was too windy to do so. Home was thoroughly cleaned and all necessary information needed was in the guest notebook. Would rent this home again in a heartbeat! Thank you making our family time together just that much better!

My wife, I, and our son’s family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this well located, clean, roomy and comfortable house in the hills south of Glenwood Springs. We especially liked our time on the decks with the incredible views of Mt Sopris. The management company was quick to respond to my questions. Our only negative note is that the house’s exterior is in need of maintenance. Overall, we do recommend this property.

Gem in Carbondale

Perfectly located between Glenwood springs and Aspen snowmass, the house has nothing to complain about except maybe if you get multiple cars could be a bit of concern. Everything exceeded expectations inside the house.
