THE SPACE
This impressive log home is ideal for gathering with family or friends with the open living areas, vaulted ceilings, contemporary furnishings and decor, a beautiful stone fireplace and a gourmet kitchen with an enormous island. Whip up a delicious meal effortlessly in the well-stocked kitchen and choose to dine at the oversized family table or “al fresco” on the back patio with mountain views.

Enjoy evenings soaking in the hot tub, mastering your golf skills on the putting green or making s’mores while relaxing around the fire pit. For the kids in the family, or simply kids at heart, the cozy bunkhouse is a family favorite for a fun backyard sleepout!

There are two nicely appointed primary bedroom suites on the main level. The first features a king bed, a queen bed, a cozy wood paneled ceiling, a unique stone wall feature, mountain views, back patio access and an en suite bathroom. The second has a plush king bed, mountain views and en suite bathroom with tub and shower.

On the lower level, a large media room with an oversized sectional sofa and a SmartTV is perfect for family movie night! Additionally, there are two comfortably furnished guest bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom offers two queen beds and a twin bunkbed and the second bedroom is furnished with two queen beds.

Located in the heart of Glenwood Springs, within steps of the Rio Grande Trail, a short drive to world class ski resorts, and near downtown`s unique shops, restaurants, live entertainment, hot springs pools, world class fly fishing, rafting, kayaking and more, this location is ideal!

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited. Disregarding this Rule may result in a fine.

Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 7 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). Although there is not central A/C for the home, there is a mini split AC unit in the main level living room and kitchen area and a whole house circulation fan.

The putting green is available for EXPERIENCED ADULT GOLFERS ONLY. Golf clubs and golf balls are not provided.

Charcoal is NOT provided so please bring your own if you plan to use the charcoal grill.

There is space for 3 vehicles in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest`s use.

HOUSE RULES
These rules must be observed on the premises of the Property you have booked. The renter of the Property shall be referred to herein as the “Guest” or “You” and the owner of the Property shall be referred to herein as the “Homeowner”. You, as the Guest, accept and assume full responsibility for ensuring any person permitted at the Property abides by the rules expressed herein. Upon booking, reservation and payment, you agree to abide by the following rules:
A. You are responsible for all occupants of the home and must require that all rules herein, as well as the within the Short Term Rental Agreement, are followed.
B. No one under the age of twenty-five (25) shall qualify to rent this property. You shall not rent or stay at the Property unless there shall be at least one Guest over the age of twenty-five (25) concurrently renting or staying at the Property. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
C. Smoking, vaping and all recreational drug use are NOT permitted in the house or on the Property. A fine will be assessed if these policies are not observed.
D. You must take Garbage/Trash to the curb on the scheduled day(s) of trash removal and not before, as indicated in the Guest Guide located within the Property.
E. Pets are NOT permitted in the house or on the Property unless otherwise stated in the listing. Manager is not authorized to make exceptions to these terms. Not abiding by these terms may result in eviction and forfeiture of amounts paid.
F. You, or any other person on the Property during your stay, may not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
G. You are solely responsible for any other person at the Property. Additional persons, other than the number of guests reserved and booked in the original booking and reservation, may NOT stay overnight at the Property.
H. You will be responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by you.
I. You shall abide by all Federal, State and Local laws.
J. You shall notify the local police and Homeowner of any illegal activity that is witnessed in or around the Property.
K. You agree not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property.
L. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time.
M. You may not use or store Kerosene or space heaters at any time in or around the Property.
N. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles.
O. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose.
P. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property.
Q. You may not bring your own grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises.
R. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property.
S. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property.
T. You shall use ventilating fans at all times when bathing or cooking.
U. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather.
V. You shall notify Manager of any pest control problems.
W. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at your own risk. You further understand that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement.
X. You may not block the fire escape at any time.
Y. The Homeowner does not permit large gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by you or any person permitted on the Property during your stay which results in any police action, complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law.
Z. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. No towels or

Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our family Thanksgiving. Every room in the house is neatly organized with clear instructions to use accommodations. The kitchen is fantastic! Every appliance you could want is there. Shelves and drawers are clearly labeled taking the mystery out of putting things away. There are 2 large sets of tableware with ample serving dishes. AND, there are 2 dishwashers! A real game changer for a big group. Living spaces are comfy and well supplied with cozy blanket throws. Loved the play are across the street! I only had a few questions after our arrival and they were answered promptly! I highly recommend this property.

This home was set up for large family gatherings. Don't be fooled by the house looking small when you arrive. The inside is huge. We had 3 families and everyone was able to have their own room and all the beds were comfortable and large.My kids loved the mini-golf, fire pit and pool table. Amazing house for families! Kitchen is very well stocked and house has so many fun things for kids (toys, games, books, etc). Great location. Grocery store is very close. A couple of good restaurants (Hugo's, Frieda's) and a park are all within a short walking distance. We used the hot tub, pool table, and putting green. Large, clear TVs if your family is like ours and has some must watch sporting events. We enjoyed hiking Hanging Lake, rafting, and the Cavern Tour & Adventure Park all while in the area.

My big family of 13 stayed at this beautiful place for two nights. It is located in a prime area, very close to the two famous hot springs in town: Glenwood Springs Hot Springs and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Restaurants, grocery stores, and Starbucks are only minutes away. The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The view surrounding the house and the neighborhood was breathtaking!! The house itself was very clean, with a gorgeous kitchen and a dining table that can comfortably seat 10 adults. Our favorite part was definitely the hot tub! We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while it was snowing at night; it was a beautiful experience! If only there had been an awning or patio cover, it would have been perfect.The master bedroom was huge and could easily accommodate an additional 4-6 adults if extra beds were added, LOL. Additionally, there are two more rooms and a laundry area in the basement.The property manager was very responsive, making it easy to ask any questions.One note: the house does not have any ramps, so it is not wheelchair accessible. Our only complaint was that the pillowcases had a slight smell, but other than that, everything was perfect. Overall, We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this place for larger groups!

Family Wedding

Our three children with their spouses and children stayed with us so we could attend all of the wedding festivities of our youngest daughter. Everyone had their own space to rest, play and relax. We didn’t utilize it nearly enough since we were away most of the time.

Great family place

Great location with outstanding amenities. Something for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor space, the pool table room, the fire pit, even the bunkhouse. Two coffee pots, two dishwashers, big refrigerator with compartment for drinks, and plenty of pans and dishes. Very comfortable beds. Close to bike path and Glenwood pool, Glenwood canyon.

The neighborhood wasn’t quite like we expected, but the home is very nice , and has great amenities, and space for bug groups with plenty of bathrooms. Pool table room was great addition for guys in the group. Trolley to town was nice once we learned the schedule. We also walked into town, was a decent hike, but possible. Owners did a very nice job remodeling this home !

Four Families, One Vacation

This property offered a lot for 14 people. It was perfect. Each family had their own designated bedroom and bathroom. Although the teenage boys stayed in the bunk house every night. They also enjoyed the game room where they played countless hours of pool. This property offered everything we could think of for a large group. It had two washer and dryers, two dish washers, two sinks, plenty of space for dining. It also had two spaces for lounging around to watch TV. We were concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but the instructions given, cooled the house down while it was in the 90’s outside. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
