Open and spacious - there are four bedrooms - with TWO additional living rooms and a fully finished basement with sleeping space options as well. A bathroom on all three levels of the house makes this vacation rental logistically comfortable and stress-free for all members of the family.
The owners have spent the winter making some incredible upgrades and updating the space for renters to enjoy.

The house is accessed along a long winding drive through some trees and is the first house on the left at the top of the drive.
Guests are provided with a code for entry in to the property.

- Driveway is shared with another residence. Do not block driveway access.
- Fireplace is not to be used by renters under any circumstance.
- All outdoor fires must be within designated fire pit area and fully extinguished if left unattended.
- The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is provided for the fire pit from May 1st through October.

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

The hot tub is professionally maintained and is treated and tested before and after each reservation.

Cooling: Window units in all bedrooms—provided from May 1st through September 30th.

Up to 2 dogs allowed; if bringing one, add them to your reservation; a $50 pet fee applies.

We have noise monitoring software that measures decibels only.
There`s a ring Camera in front of the house that faces the drive.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed per reservation - please clean up after your dogs (if not you could face extra charges).
