"Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das junge Personal war super bemüht, immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Frühstücksauswahl ließ keine Wünsche offen (mein Highlight: es gab sogar am Kaffeeautomaten die Möglichkeit Hafermilch zu wählen). Das Zimmer war sauber und ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Historie des Hotels, die Lage direkt an der Altstadt und die problemlose Anbindung zum Flughafen waren ein zusätzliches Plus. "

"I stayed at this hotel for three days and really enjoyed it. It's only a 10-minute walk to Raekoja plats in the heart of the Old Town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was large, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. I was very impressed by the fresh and delicious breakfast buffet. I chose this hotel primarily because of the large and beautiful wellness area, so I had a rainy-weather option. I highly recommend this Palace Hotel Tallinn! To the management: You manage this hotel really well. My bathroom had a slightly musty smell. I then discovered that the bad smell was coming from the floor drain. The housekeeper should pour some water into the floor drain once a week to close the trap and prevent the smell from rising."
