Before You Book
We're excited to host you at TRL Retreat! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review the house rules and safety guidelines below.

By booking this home, you acknowledge and agree to these rules on behalf of your entire group.

Loft Safety (Please Read Carefully)

Each bedroom features a loft area.

• Lofts without stairs are strictly off-limits.
• No jumping from any loft, including from the primary bedroom loft to the bed below.
• No roughhousing, climbing, or unsupervised children in loft areas.
• Guests assume full responsibility for the use of loft spaces.

Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests at all times.
• Small family gatherings and birthday celebrations are permitted within the 10-guest limit.
• No additional guests or events without prior approval.

Parking

• Driveway parking only (maximum 4 vehicles).
• No parking on the lawn.
• Do not park over the septic system located in front of the home.

Fire Pit & Fireplace

• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• Never leave a fire unattended.
• Do not use accelerants or flammable liquids.

Heating & Air Conditioning

• Window AC units must not be removed or tampered with.
• The kerosene heater in the living room is owner-operated and should not be adjusted.
• Each bedroom has its own electric baseboard thermostat.
• The 3-season room is unheated and may be cooler during colder months.

Pets

• No pets allowed.

House Rules

• No smoking inside the home.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Please treat the home, furnishings, and surrounding property with care and respect.
