„Parking situation good, just a half block away that covered one car, then for a second car 15/day which wasn’t bad. Overall comfortable but the pullout couch not so much. A stair banister would have been much appreciated and safer. Also more bedside tables for phones, glasses etc.“

„Great location, very clean, and the host was very responsive!“

„The property was as listed. We appreciated the amenities provided. “

„Listed amenities listed but not available :- hot tub - deck- grill- fitness roomFitness room locked and equipment broken when accessible. Owner entered apartment at will. No privacy. Necessary repairs took 5 days to happen. Place looks like it was maintained and repaired by an amateur.“

„Clean, fully equipped and great walkable access to downtown. Off street parking in rear of building. Hosts very communicative and some nice touches of gift bags and snacks waiting for us to arrive. Very thoughtfully and made for a welcoming stay.“

„They are texting me and asking me for pay again. Second time I stayed and second time this happened. The first time they found my payment before I had to help figure out what happened and now they are doing the same thing. It’s a very weird thing for me to book on Expedia and then have the host hound me for payment after I leave. Now the second time they are asking for proof of payment again. It’s a horrible way to conduct business“

„The property veiws are outstanding. The upper bedroom that lead to the deck has an outstanding view from inside the bedroom as well as sitting on the deck viewing the Marly creek water way. From the deck, I've watched birds of prey dive in and out of Marly creek catching fish. Iv'e also seen other wildlife such as a family of geese, ducks and also a rabbit that lives on the property. Probably thinks its a pet. Spectacular and relaxing to watch. Victor has included a Trampoline, swing, ...

„Very nice home. Definitely recommend!“

„This has been one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. This home was very clean and wonderfully appointed. Convenience of location for our needs was absolutely perfect. Ample parking. Jessica was a very attentive host who did not skip on any of the little details. She communicated quickly and clearly with us. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to Annapolis!“

„Great property. Exactly as described.“
