Luxury 2-br cottage on 30-acre vineyard property in enchanting Healdsburg

Set hillside behind a private gate elevated on the eastern bench in the heart of Dry Creek Valley, this 30-acre vineyard property has been lovingly redeveloped and the cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with gorgeous views are incredible. The vineyard is planted to Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, and Cab Sauvignon - and we produce six different wines under the Fat Dragon label from the estate fruit.

The space:
This well-appointed luxurious 1000+sf custom built cottage is equipped with Viking appliances and Restoration Hardware furniture. It has a nice, bright, and open floor plan.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine sitting on the private covered porch looking out at vineyards on all sides and the stunning western hills of the gorgeous Dry Creek Valley. It's truly magical and such a relaxing place to come unwind.

Other things to note:
This property is a working vineyard and it is surrounded by other working vineyards and during the growing season there may be vineyard workers are here early in the morning or during the days tending to the vines.

We harvest at night to pick the grapes when it's cooler out and if you are lucky enough to stay with us during one of the 4 to 5 harvest nights each fall you can come watch (midnight to early morning). It's an exciting time!

Also, on the rare occasion where temperatures in the valley drop below 35 degrees at night (Apr- Oct time frame) you'll likely hear the whir of vineyard fans that protect vineyards on the valley floor from frost.
