„Great service, great staff and really good rooms!“

„This hotel is a real gem. Michelle the manager is efficient, friendly and very helpful. Everything has been thought of, and the breakfasts are to die for. If you are looking for a 5 star experience but don't want a corporate faceless hotel this is the place for you.“

„Great location, loved the Rosebank mall area, lots to eat and shop. Central to everything I wanted to see. Staff was very friendly. Very quiet and pleasant area. Surprised by the lack of face cloths/wash clothes.“

„next time we have to book for more days/nights! It's a nice location close to Rosebank with a good security, we felt save as a family with kids. Good price for this apartment - everything was working well during our stay.“

„I dont have the right room when I check in no compensation, no response when I write.“

„My apartment was over the generator exhaust pipe which meant the living room was smokey at times. I had booked for 3 weeks and continuously asked to change apartments after the first four days. They didn’t manage this and the only information I received was that there might be a room ‘next week’. Couch and mattress where aged and saggy, all other amenities where good. Good location but fairly loud.“

„The room itself is comfortable and spacious. Great bedding and hot water. Nice balcony and friendly staff. I think if they want to advertise “kitchen,” it should have a stove or hot plate. Few utensils. No amenities, like soap or shampoo. Lots and lots of noise from an attached club - music and drink patrons. Overall good for the price and location but I wouldn’t stay here again - the NOISE.“

„Hospedagem foi incrível, adoramos o lugar. Com certeza voltaremos“
