„Love the place but was a hassle adding a night stay with out paying a cleaning fee“

„Plus: Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, geräumige Suite, sauber, gut funktionierendes WLAN, warmes Frühstück. Minus: Reinigung der Suite klappte erst am 3. Tag, die Küche enthielt Töpfe und Pfannen, aber keinerlei Geschirr oder Besteck, die Batterie für den Safe wurde erst nach 3 Tagen ersetzt. Der Frühstücksraum hat zu wenige Tische, vor allem zu wenige Stühle für die Anzahl Suiten.“

„We liked the condo and really liked Tybee Island. The condo was clean and very well appointed. All appliances were in great shape. It was difficult to get our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. We were on the 3rd floor. It was very difficult to contact management when we had questions. No one would answer the telephone and a return call was 4 hours later.“

I also think that the owner of this property needs to get with their neighbors and discuss a designated parking spot for this unit that is clearly marked and labeled. „The biggest reason I booked here was because of the space and the pool. That being said, I was told the pool wasn’t open for the season which wasn’t communicated to me. The space was great, although one of the room’s ac unit was broken (being held together with tape) and ended up being extremely hot in the room. While there, the elevator stopped working (only one was working at a time). Luckily I had already brought my luggage upstairs and only had to climb up to the 10th floor once with light ...

„Great location if you’re going to State Farm arena as we were able to walk there in under 20 min. The apartment could have been cleaner. It smelled bad in the room and the hallways. Very out dated and the plug in the bathroom did not work. However, if you don’t mind these things, not a bad stay for only one night.“

„Couch was covered in sand. Crumbs were in the gasket of the fridge. Hornet nest in the porch fan and sliding glass frame. No lock for the sloding glass frame. And couldn't use hot water due to the sulphur content and smell of the water. The place was structurally sound, if not somewhat dated, but the style wasn't bad. The area was quiet. Other occupants were friendly. It just needed some maintenance. And, of course, a water filter. If we were staying longer, that would've been an absolute deal ...
