Other Things to Note:

▶ To help prevent insects, small lizards, moisture, and mold, please keep all windows, the front door, and the deck door closed. Leaving doors or windows open while the AC is running may result in a fee of up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72–83°F.



▶ This home is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning after your departure.



▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.



▶ Pets are not allowed.



▶ Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home and all outdoor areas. If there is evidence of smoking, an $800 smoke remediation charge will apply.



▶ Talcum powder is not permitted inside the property.



▶ No parties or events are permitted. This is a family-oriented residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Significant noise or loud music after 10:00 pm may result in termination of the reservation without a refund for unused nights.



▶ Please remove all shoes, boots, and other footwear before entering the home. The floors are sanitized for guest comfort and cleanliness.



▶ Vehicles must be parked in the driveway only. Parking on the grass is not permitted.



▶ Please do not place hot pots, pans, or other hot items directly on the countertops. The countertops are quartz and can be damaged by excessive heat.



▶ Please dispose of all cooking oil, grease, and food waste in the trash. Do not pour or place them in the sink.



▶ Do not flush tissues, napkins, paper towels, wipes, trash, feminine products, or other non-toilet-paper items down the toilet. Please use the trash bins instead. Plumbing or septic damage caused by improper disposal may be charged to the guest.



▶ Please do not bring sand into the home or rinse excessive sand into the showers. Use the outdoor/deck area to rinse off sand before entering the home.



▶ Please do not unplug, disconnect, or relocate any plugged-in devices or equipment in the home. Alexa may be disconnected if you prefer, but please leave all other devices in place.



▶ Please do not move or rearrange furniture. Violation of this rule may result in a $250 fee.



▶ TRASH: The outdoor trash bin is located by the shed.



▶ Upon arrival, towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper are provided for your convenience. Additional supplies are not replenished during the stay, so please plan accordingly.



▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the coastal climate, occasional insects or small lizards may still appear despite preventative measures. Please notify us if you experience any issues so we can address them promptly.
