Wir haben gleich beim Check-in ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Fitness allerdings kann man nicht so bezeichnen, ein riesiger Raum mit einem Gerät und zwei Laufbänder. Ansonsten war die Lage sehr gut.

Nice hotel in strategic location
Nice comfortable rooms with a view, nice rooftop pool, walking distance to buses, restaurants and shopping. Staff very helpful when prompted but should have an eye on the door, it feels weird when you drag your luggage out of the taxi and into the hotel and 4 staff are standing around reception doing nothing. I must have been allergic to some furniture in the room because I was sneezing as soon as I got near the wardrobe and was fine all day long outside.

Schöne Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück. Man kann vom Hotel die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen oder dem kostenlosen CAD Bus. Samstags kann es allerdings sehr laut werden aufgrund von Konzerten .

Modernes, sauberes Hotel in absoluter Top-Lage
Penang hat viel zu bieten, und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten fahren Busse vom Komtar, was um die Ecke vom Hotel liegt. Ins Zentrum kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß gehen. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber angenehm und sauber. Toll ist der Pool auf dem Dach! Das Frühstück ist ganz ok. Als wir dort waren, war das Hotel ausgebucht und die Kapazitäten des Frühstückrestaurants ausgeschöpft: erst keine Plätze, dann keine Speisen und Getränke - logistisch ist da noch Luft nach oben. Das Personal ist recht freundlich, überschlägt sich aber nicht gerade.

Zentral gelegen aber sehr gut
In dem hotel stimmt eigentlich alles,check in schnell und freundlich,hilfsbereites personal,saubere und sehr gut eingerichtete zimmer,und es handelte sich hier um ein standardzimmer-völlig ausreichend,sehr schöner pool im 25.stock mit blick über die stadt und zum hafen-leider nur bis 20uhr geöffnet.alles in allen ich kann das hotel nur empfehlen,werd es bei einen erneuten penang aufenthalt wieder waehlen.

Das Hotel war gut und liegt sehr gut, nah am Komtargebäude, wo der Busterminal integriert ist, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. Das Zimmer und Frühstück war für den Preis auch sehr gut, einzig, dass im Badezimmer keine Tür zur Dusche vorhanden war und somit der ganze Boden nass wurde beim Duschen war ein wenig lästig, aber nichts warum ich nicht wieder kommen würde. Klare Empfehlung

Die Lage ist nicht optimal
Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, das Bad war sauber. Leider schließt der Pool und der Service rund um die Poollandschaft schon um 20 Uhr, so dass man keine Gelegenheit hat auch abends im Hotel unter freiem Himmel ein Getränk einzunehmen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr interessant und reichhaltig, es besteht zum großen Teil aus lokalen Spezialitäten. Die Lage des Hotels ist der einzige kritische Punkt. Es befindet sich grundsätzlich nur wenige hundert Meter von der Altstadt, aber durch den extremen Verkehr ist es unmöglich das Zentrum stressfrei und schnell zu erreichen.

Gute Lage; check in mühsam
Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Die Haltestelle des Free Shuttle Bus ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls gut und die Zimmer sind schön & sauber. Der check in war jedoch mühsam, sind um 12 Uhr im Hotel angekommen und wurden vertröstet, dass check in erst um 14 Uhr sei. Als wir nach dem Mittagessen um 14 Uhr ins Zimmer wollten dauerte es eine Stunde bis das Zimmer bereit war (laut Buchung wäre jedoch check in um 14 Uhr gewesen und nicht 15 Uhr)

Nagelneues und hervorragendes Hotel
Das Hotel ist neu mit einem Außenpool und Fitness. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bett war komfortabel. Vom Zimmer und Außenpool aus kann man eine wunderschöne Aussicht bis zum Strand genießen. Das Personnel war alle nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lagewar toll in der Nähe von Komtar, das höchste Gebäude und beliebteste Shoppingmall. Für uns hat das Hotel mehr als 5 Stern verdient.

Stayed for four nights at the hotel, staff was helpful and nice, location ok (some nice restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood). Old town in walking distance. Breakfast included mainly south-east asian food, but over in all IT was ok.

Hotel med bra läge.
Vi stannade här 4 nätter. Centralt läge nära till ”UNESCOS Heritage”, även till föra köpcentrum. Trevligt rum med fin utsikt. Vi är väldigt nöjda. Perfekt med pool på taket.

Room key card faulty
I was happy with everything except the room key card. Every time I wanted to enter my room, I had to tap my key card to the door sensor at least 8-10 times before the door unlocked. When the door failed to open on the 10th tap, which happened a few times during my stay, I gave up and approached the reception for help. The reception staff would reconfigure my card, issue another card (neither of which worked), or send the hotel engineering staff to assist. Even the engineering staff did not always get it open on the first tap. I hope you get the system sorted soon, because it was really annoying and frustrating to have to go up and down every day to get the recep to do something.
