"Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is located close to a park, which is great if you (like us) travel with a dog. Lots of retaurants and supermarkets close by and the city center is in walking distance. Only sad thing is there are according to the staff basically no vegan options at breakfast. They recommended to look for a place in the city and rather not have breakfast at the hotel - if you are vegan."

From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the exceptionally warm welcome. The beautiful upgrade to a suite made our stay even more special. Rarely have I experienced such a wonderful hotel—perfectly located in the heart of Ghent, within walking distance of the city’s most beautiful monuments and excellent restaurants. "Wir hatten ein Studio mit kleiner Küche und Bad. Das Bad hatte leider in der Dusche am unteren Rand und an der Duschtür Schimmel, und die Raumluft im Bad roch daher leider etwas schlecht, sonst war das Studio aber sehr nett Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück war gut"
