A newly updated nice quaint one bedroom ground floor apartment in a triplex. Has a full galley style kitchen. A good size living room with 1 couch, coffee table and a smart tv. Bedroom has a good amount of space with a new queen bed and closet space. Has a front covered porch with Adirondack chairs. Back yard has a fire pit to build a fire. (Some wood provided). Plenty of parking in the back of the complex. There is room to pull in a truck with a boat and turn around to park. Keyless entry to the apartment. The apartment complex sits pretty far off the road on a big two acre lot within the city. It has woods and a big yard.

Here you can find a charming little town with very good food options. You'll quickly find that this region is a wine lover's paradise, with lots of wineries in the surrounding area. You will have plenty of great options to check out!

My husband and I went to the Lake for a weekend of fishing and found this gem on VRBO. WOW, what a gem it was for us, off the road, out of a busy city but yet close to everything. There was plenty of parking for our truck and boat. Kevin was very responsive to all questions. Talk about a clean one-bedroom, the place was spotless, tried to make sure we left it like we found it. We will definitely be back, was a successful walleye trip and so relaxing. Thanks for sharing your place with us Kevin.

Nice and cozy

Property was very nice and had everything we needed. We had detailed directions on the location of the property and host was quickly responding to all our questions that we had prior to check in. We stayed there 3 nights during July 4th weekend when weather was very hot and Kevin brought us additional AC unit right away. Overall, it was very nice experience for us to stay there.

The place was clean inside and the bed was comfortable. There is no table to sit at if plan to do your own cooking and eat in.Also if you are not use to noises while sleeping, there is a train track real close that blows its horn continuously.Overall not a bad place to stay.
