"Ich kann, nicht irgendwas positives sagen über dieses Hotel, habe mir so eine Zimmer gegeben, ich war in Schock, Ich könnte nie ein Besuch empfangen, war verboten, ich habe so ein Gefühl gehabt, dass ich bin in Knast , Schallisolierung eine Katastrophe, ich könnte nicht gut schlafen wegen Lärm, so ein schlechtes Hotel , ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie gehabt, ich habe viel Fotos gemacht, diese Hotel in sehr schlechte Zustand, Personal war Diktatorisch, sehr unfreundlich ich bin sehr enttäuscht, Zimmer Reinigung , nur mit Geld, kein Geld, keine Reinigung, sehr Rutschiges Boden, Badezimmer witzig klein"

"Alles da, was man für einen erholsamen Abend bei einem Städtetrip braucht. Tolle Rooftopbar und gemütlicher, ruhiger Pub. Immer zuvorkommendes Personal. Hat Spaß gemacht, war der zweite, aber sicher nicht der letzte Besuch."

The service staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wonderful selection that included delicious traditional Egyptian dishes. Everything about the hotel created a warm and relaxing atmosphere that made the stay truly special. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this was definitely one of the highlights. I sincerely hope I’ll have the chance to visit Cairo again—and if I do, I would absolutely stay at the Sheraton again without hesitation!"
