„-Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Der Lärm von der Straße ist im 9. Stock erträglich, und um Mitternacht wurde es an Werktagen in der Umgebung normalerweise ruhiger. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon des Restaurants ist top. Es fehlt nur eine Klingel, damit man beim Ankommen im 9. Stock läuten kann. Der Name des Hotels ist zwar kreativ, sorgt jedoch bei Einheimischen und Taxifahrern für Verwirrung. Die Mitarbeiter können sehr gut Englisch. Die Zimmer waren ...

„The lady at the counter was amazing, perfectly organized, very helpful, everything on time. Bed was very comfy, everything clean. All staff and people around in restaurants and shops were very friendly, everything in short walking distance and we felt very safe. Breakfast was delicious, view of sphinx and pyramids breathtaking. Street in front of the house at daytime noisy, but that‘s part of the city and didn‘t bother us. Would always come again. Thanks a lot to the staff!!!“

„Special word of appreciation for Amira, Shaimaa, Neshma & Noor. The culture within the staff is of equality and professionalism. I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk. Did I mention Fahd. He serves the best food with an even better smile. Loved my stay and will come again. “

„Excellent bang for your buck! The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The café upstairs had a great selection of drinks and shisha. More importantly, the staff was extremely hospitable! Shot out to Mahmoud who regularly sat with my family and I in the lobby to have tea and give us great recommendations around Cairo. Especially, with a kind of chaotic flight delay, I had to postpone my pickup from the airport to around after midnight and exchange messages with jasmine hotel during which the staff was constantly very reassuring, friendly, professional and helpful. Can recommend this hotel for easy access to the pyramids, and good connection for your excursions (less traffic than in Cairo).“

"This hotel has great value for money. I was very well greeted upon arrival by a Desk Manager (Mr. Ibrahim) who was always making sure that I'm having a comfortable stay. The room, which is standard, overlooked a beautiful garden with high Palm trees. The housekeeping was v. good (especially Mr. Samir). The food is OK. The hotel is a bit far from Heliopolis center. Nonetheless, Uber service is available w/o a problem. Overall, I liked the hotel and intend to visit again."

"Wie in vielen Rezessionen ist die Lage perfekt für die Besichtigung der Pyramiden. Für alles andere nutzt Uber. Taxis und alles andere wird nach "Gesicht" und Tagesform berechnet. Was nicht so schön ist ist das es derzeit im Hotel nur ein Frühstück (Intercontinental) gibt und das Personal allgemein bei den inklusiv Leistungen nicht wirklich motiviert ist. Auch sind die Verkäufer auf den Straßen sehr penetrant. "Hello my friend. Where are you from?" Ist der Einstieg für irgendwelche Dienstleistungen oder Waren zu überhöhten Preisen. Sehr schade denn es gibt auch echt tolle und nette Einheimische. Bspw. Nino von Ninos Sandwich Shop."

"At first, when you arrive at the hotel, it might feel a little unsettling — you may think it’s not very safe. But after spending a day there, you realize that everything is actually fine, safe, and just takes a bit of getting used to. This hotel is located in Giza, right near the pyramids, and in my opinion, it’s probably the best option in this area. There really aren’t many other good choices nearby. The way people live in the area might seem different, but the hotel staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The view of the pyramids from the balcony and rooftop is exactly like the photos — it’s stunning. The breakfast was also good and satisfying. Overall, this is a very good hotel choice if you’re planning to stay in Giza and want to enjoy a close-up view of the pyramids."

"Stuff is lovely and great, especially the concierges / taxi service are amazing and foresighted. Cleaning service is polite, communicative, especially Amal Z., Aly Abdel M., Islam M.. Swimmingpool is fine, and the view to Zamalek is so pleasant. Step by step the splendor of days gone by must be refreshed. Hilton will perform I hope. After years in the Marriott I’ll choose this hotel in future."
