Loved being near enough to outdoors we could see the snow and walk to dinner. Sadly dining lacked the last night of our stay and most foods were gone. Also had incredibly noisy people I reported to security. I later found their children running up and down stairs admitting they didn’t know where their parents were. Shameful and disrespectful. Also the step down into our room was very disguised and I sprained my ankle not seeing it! Probably best to have reflective tape there if the carpet is matched so perfectly it creates an optical illusion.

We stayed at the building by the tubing hill it is way out dated and in need of repairs siding falling off, lights kept turning off by them selfs , pools were not heated and in need of repairs, games didn't work. Place is a joke won't be back.

Check in/communication
I called the day before for an early check in, she said she marked us done for an early arrival and that check in at 3 could be a possibility. We arrived at 3 and our rooms weren’t ready. She sent us away and said they would call my cell phone when our rooms were ready….no call, we had to go back and check after 5pm to find they were finally ready.

We are sorry to hear of the less then spectacular interaction with our on property staff and certainly hope to have opportunities to welcome our guests into their accommodations as early as possible based on our daily turns but cannot always accommodate these requests. Not the Treetops I remember
Treetops Inn is very old and not being kept in good shape. One of the chairs on our balcony was broken and the door to the balcony wouldn’t open. It took maintenance an hour and a half to fix the problem.

I love the outdoor heated pool and and hot tub. I do not like that it isnt small pet friendly.

While we do wish we accommodate all guests, including our furry friends, we remain a pet and smoke free facility to assist with many guests allergies and health issues. Not ski-in ski-out
Our reservation was for a ski-in ski-out hotel, but our room was at The Lodge, not the Inn. The Lodge is a short drive to the area where the Inn, the restaurant, the sports bar, and the ski hill all are. We did not enjoy putting our gear on in the parking lot, no lockers at the ski services building or at the top of the hill. I did like that there is a bar in the Lodge. There was no coffee in the morning, the coffee machine wasn’t working. When looking for snacks I was told “there are vending machines at the Inn at the top of the hill.” I should note there are cash only vending machines for beverages. The rooms are spacious but need updates, especially the small tv should be upgraded.

We apologize if there was misleading information regarding the ski in/out lodging option on this site as only one location sits directly at the top of the slopes. We do have a locker building located just North of the ski buildings so we will make sure this is prevalent to other guests through signage. You additional comments have been shared with management for further Resort updates.

Pools were green, the power went out, due to electrical fire with no emergency plan in place, they aren't offering a refund. The front desk refused 15 minute late checkout after we were promised an hour late checkout previously, and indicated she would get security to remove our belongings by noon, even though we were told 1pm so we weren't packed up by noon (found out at 11:50am, that my late checkout had changed). Had to sit in dark for over 4 hours, pitch black and no heat because generator caught on fire during wind storm and not even blankets were offered and no refund or credit. They charge a resort fee and pools were green this time. Very sad stay we have enjoyed many times and service was horrible this time.

Thank you for taking the time to express your last visit. While the unfortunate power outage due to weather impacted many guests we understand how frustrating the experience can be. It does look as though the desk accommodated the late check out and our teams worked diligently with the power company to get all power back up and running within an hour of full shut down. Great fall colors
We needed a room on a saturday night unexpectedly and the treetops had availability. We dis not need to utilize the golfing or skiing. However the date was oct 15 and the fall colors were amazing. We walked around the grounds and ski hill. Very pretty. Room was clean. Outdoor pool was already closed for season
