„Needed more convenient outlet for CPAP and chargers.“

„The stay wasnt bad at all.“

„I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The most concerning issue was a severe pest problem—there were multiple cockroaches present in the room during my stay. To make matters worse, management showed a complete lack of accountability when I reported the problem. The staff refused to apologize, offered no compensation, and treated the situation as if it were acceptable. „Super freundlicher Empfang. Guter Style insgesamt“

„Not a clean hotel... The lobby was very nice, but the rest of the hotel was very poorly maintained. Elevators and hallways had stains and our bathroom in our room was so poorly maintained that we did not shower in it. This is the first time that I have to leave a negative feedback and hope that it will be of use. The location is literally by the Riverwalk and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It seems to us that the company is cutting corners...“
