This charming family home is located just two blocks from the Parkway in Downtown Gatlinburg, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area. Enjoy a 3-minute stroll to Main Street, where you can visit the Convention Center, Aquarium, Pancake Pantry, and more.
This unique home blends retro touches with modern comfort. It features new mattresses, furniture, and beautiful hardwood floors. Relax on the deck while taking in the views and sounds of downtown. A separate tenant lives onsite in a private suite, ensuring your stay remains peaceful and private.

Guest Access:
There is a private door to the left of the house with an electronic lock, which guests can access by a code given prior to the stay
PLEASE NOTE: Our home is located in the mountains and the driveway is very steep. If you have a low riding vehicle, I would not recommend pulling in the garage. Simply park at the bottom and walk up. There are stairs & a railing for assistance.

This home is perfectly situated — just far enough from Gatlinburg’s lively downtown strip to offer peace and privacy, yet still an easy walk to all the action. You'll feel like you have your own private oasis while being just minutes from endless entertainment, family-friendly attractions, hiking trails, incredible dining, games, the aquarium, or, if you’re a runner, you can even jog straight from the house to the scenic Gatlinburg Trail that leads into the Great Smokey Mountain National Park.

PET INFORMATION:
While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.
We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, EXCLUDING cats, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.
