At The Gathering Lodge, the whole family can hang out on the patio together! Layout on the chairs, share a meal, sit around the fire, or play one of the outdoor games!



When you first enter our home, you'll be greeted by our open concept living space and kitchen area. This entire space is flooded with natural light. The living room has seating, a Smart TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked to whip up a meal or just a good cup of coffee.



Head upstairs to find an additional living space/game room! This room has a large cozy sectional, a huge Smart TV, a shuffleboard table, and access to the patio!



After a long day on the lake, settle into one of our four bedrooms:

(1) Downstairs, the primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom.

(2) Upstairs, the second bedroom has a King-size bed, Smart TV, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

(3) Upstairs, the third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

(4) Upstairs, the fourth bedroom has two Twin bunk beds that have trundles, offering 6 Twin beds total! Perfect for the kids!



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

If you're looking to explore Beaver Lake, head just 2.3 miles to the beautiful Lost Bridge Marina. Please note that the recreation center, swimming pool, tennis courts, and library are not amenities of this property. These facilities are independently owned and operated by Lost Bridge Village/Marina. Any access, fees, hours, eligibility, or entry requirements (including gate or key codes) are determined solely by Lost Bridge Village/Marina and may change without notice. Cohova Properties cannot provide access credentials or guarantee guest access to these facilities. We recommend contacting Lost Bridge Village/Marina directly before booking or during your stay to confirm current availability and access requirements.

Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet-friendly.

★ The property is near Lost Bridge Village Community, 12477 Lodge Dr, Garfield, AR 72732. The community center features a pool, game room, and pickleball courts. Open daily from 12 PM to 7 PM. Guests can pay a fee to gain access to the amenities.

★ Traeger Grill needs wood pellets to operate.

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, both inside the home and in all outdoor areas. Guests acknowledge that the property is located in a wooded and natural setting and that the surrounding area may include uneven terrain, wildlife, insects, plants, falling branches, limited visibility, and other dangers associated with the wilderness and outdoor environment.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
