The host is fantastic with excellent communication as we brought our dog and she also has dogs but it was easy to arrange different times to have the dogs out. Her dogs are super friendly, I think my wife wanted to take them home with her. She also has horses which are always a pleasure to see. The cabin is small but really nice. „We went to Texas for the eclipse 2024 and had a wonderful time at the retreat. Jennifer was super nice and even provided us with two pairs of eclipse glasses, as well as with delicious snacks in the morning. We watched the eclipse together with her and other guests. We got lucky with the cloud coverage and had an amazing time. Our room was at the back of the retreat. It was super cozy and extra quiet. We would absolutely stay there again!“

„We didn't get to take full advantage of the surrounding area of our cabin as it stormed all day Saturday. But, we had a great weekend. It was myself and 2 granddaughters, age 19 and 16.
