This is a private townhouse located behind another residence. While your accommodation is completely private, you may occasionally see or hear neighboring residents and tenants around the property.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and to respect our neighbors, please observe the following house rules:

1. No parties or events. Parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.

2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep music, conversations, and other noise at a considerate level, especially during these hours. Quiet hours apply both inside the home and on the patio/outdoor areas.

3. No smoking anywhere on the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, on the patio, and in all outdoor areas of the property. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, and other smoking substances. A $500 penalty may apply for violations.

4. Noise complaints are taken seriously. There are other residents nearby, so please be respectful of the neighborhood. Noise complaints or police being called to the property may result in immediate termination of the stay. A $500 penalty may apply, and violations may be reported to Airbnb.

5. Damages and lost clickers. In the unlikely event that damage occurs, guests will be responsible for the applicable replacement cost of the affected furniture, which may amount to hundreds of dollars depending on the item. A $200 replacement fee will apply for any lost garage or gate clicker.
