Perfection
This is the only place we stay when our family travels to Bear Lake! Having a private bathroom in every bedroom is the ideal! Large deck, 2 refrigerators, location is central to activities, beautiful view of the lake, and plenty of parking! We can’t wait till next year!

It was a perfect home to stay in while going to Bear Lake. Each bedroom with a bathroom was a win!
It was nice place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Bear Lake and surrounding areas. The beaches at NorthBeach and Garden City, and hiking around the lake and seeing beautiful wildflowers at Tony’s Grove. A very lovely vacation. Thank-you for sharing your lovely home.

BEST. STAY. EVER.

Wonderful family lodge with lots of bathrooms, huge deck and flat grassy area
We were about 20 people, mostly teenage kids and adults (5 families and grandparents). Every family had their own room with bunk beds and a queen and ensuit bathroom. Huge kitchen. Huge deck with evening shade and views. We played volleyball every evening in the grassy lawn below the deck in the shed. It was wonderful! We’ve stayed at this place more than once.

Family Reunion at the Lake House Bear Lake
We had a family reunion over the 4th of July, 2023 at the Lake House at Bear Lake. This property was perfect for our group of six families. Lots of room, clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, and cooking utensils. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a bonus. The first day we had a glitch with the AC, but when we contacted the owner Rob, his reponse was immediate. He diagnosed and solved the problem and then checked on us to be sure that all was still working and that we were comfortable. His service and attention to us was impressive. We will definitely recommend this property and hope to be able to use it again ourselves. It was a fun vacation and Bear Lake is beautiful.

Great cabin!
This home is comfortable and has everything you need. The view of the lake is just beautiful! Everyone loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. The rooms are all spacious; in fact every room in the house is nice and big so no one ever tripped over anyone. The host always responded quickly with all questions we had. The beds were also very comfortable. There’s plenty of outside parking and the roads were always plowed. Thank you to Rob who took good care of our needs.

Absolutely amazing!
This is the perfect cabin for a family reunion! The highlight for us was that each bedroom had its own attached bathroom allowing for every family to have privacy without sharing. The location is great with a beautiful view of the lake. It had 2 fridges which allowed plenty of space for food. The yard was great for games and the deck is large and comfortable. We will definitely book this place again

3 in a row!
We can't wait to book this property for 2023--making it 3 years in a row! We have stayed several places in Garden City. Carribbean of the Rockies is above and beyond all expectations. Well-planned floor plan includes a bathroom attached to every bedroom in addition to a common area half bath. The views of the lake are exquisite. This conveniently located property makes a perfect family get-away! Don't stay here--we want to keep it all to ourselves!

Master Suites for all!
LOVED this place!!! Gorgeous view. Love that every room had it's own bathroom. So many people can get ready at once. Awesome, large deck. Nice area where you can play Spikeball or Ladderball (not large enough for volleyball). The picture doesn't do it justice. The inside is BEAUTIFUL! The kitchen is large with 2 fridges and plenty of cupboard space.

Excellent house!!
We had a great weekend at Bear Lake. There were 26 of us and this house was amazing! Each room had its own bathroom which made it great for the individual families sharing the space for our reunion. The house was clean and well taken care of. The owner was helpful each time we had issues or questions. The yard was large for games and kids. The kitchen was very large for preparing food for our large family. The bunks in each room were so helpful for the kids in each family! It also had a beautiful view of the lake from the huge front windows. We would rent this place again!

Great Home for Family Vacation
We really enjoyed the house. We found it perfect for our size of 25. It was nice and clean. Nice view from the balcony. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a nice bonus. It was easy to get to various locations around town. Owner is easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Great home to stay in with a beautiful view!
It is a great property in a good neighborhood. The home is very nice. Appreciated the yard being well kept and the deck is awesome! Great views! Just a few suggestions. 1. Only 1 towel for a 4 night stay. I am willing to reuse but don't want to have to do laundry on vacation for a clean towel. 2. No bathroom rugs. You have to be really careful not to slip or use your only towel or wash cloth as a rug. 3. No linens for futons. No blankets except for bedspreads. Or pillowcases for extra pillows. 4. Master bedroom TV had no signal. 5. Wasp issues on deck. Lots of spiders downstairs. 6. Some lightbulbs were out. We found light bulbs but the ceilings were to high to reach them. No ladder to be found. 7. Ceiling fans had lot's of dust on them when we turned them on.

Perfect Family Home
This home was perfect for our family reunion. It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate us all. It is clean and contemporary with all the comforts of home. The house is well stocked with kitchen needs, has two large refridgerators and lots of space. The front deck was perfect for playing games and visiting with a great view of the lake. The lawn was great for some rousing soccer competitions and bocce ball tournaments. Rob was the perfect host. He answered all my questions before we were there and was kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a clean, open, family friendly home.

Family Reunion at Bear Lake
This property was great for our family group of 24. It is conveniently located within 3 minutes of downtown. Six bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Beds were in good condition. Plenty of room for games, eating and conversation. Outdoor deck providing the best view of the lake we had. Outdoor patio was great for games and scooters. Front lawn was great for lawn games. Highly recommend this property. Rob responded to any request we had. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home with an exquisite view
We loved this property. It was perfect for our family reunion. The bedrooms were designed with families in mind - a queen bed with a twin bunk and attached bathroom in 5 out of 6 bedrooms. The deck and lower patio were fun areas for gathering and meals. There is easy access to town with a great bike path just a few blocks down the hill. This home has all the amenities you could ever wish for in a vacation home. Very beautiful accommodations and expert design. Loved every minute of our stay!

The perfect place for a large family get together at Bear Lake!
We loved our stay at this beautiful home on Bear Lake. It was the best to have 6 spacious bedroom suites for each family to have plenty of space and privacy. The master on the main floor with the beautiful bathroom was beautiful and perfect for our mom to stay in. The large spacious family room and kitchen area are the heart of this home with breathtaking views of beautiful Bear Lake. The kitchen was fully stocked with crock pots, skillets, stock pots and everything you could ever need to put together large meals for your family. We were so impressed with the cleanliness, beautiful furnishings and decor that this Bear Lake home had to offer. It's the perfect location and so close to town where you can get a yummy raspberry milkshake or visit the local Chocolate Bear candy store for some frozen chocolate covered raspberries. Our family had 20 people with 3 small children and this was the perfect house for our family reunion. I would give it a 10 star rating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Bear Lake home. We are so excited to recommend this home to anyone who wants to have the most memorable Bear Lake vacation stay with their large families. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful spacious Bear Lake home. We look forward to returning to Bear Lake in the future and staying there again!

Gorgeous view, wonderful home for large group/family
This home was everything we had hoped it would be. The view of the lake was amazing. The bedrooms were all large, and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The large family room/kitchen dining area was perfect for us, and we also enjoyed having the smaller seating areas on the other floors. We would recommend this house/owner to anyone looking for accommodations for a large group.

Very nice home, good size for 20 plus people, but had some small but persistent issues.
Lovely home. Enjoyed our stay again, but a few issues kept coming up. Many burned out light bulbs throughout house...several rooms pretty dim. Severely plugged main kitchen sink...which took two trips to hardware store to finally get sink running again, and $40 in supplies. Probably still needs to be snaked out thoroughly. Almost no water pressure upstairs. Very hard to take decent shower. Toilet flushing upstairs....same problem, no real flushing power. Generally a very good experience, but ongoing little issues can certainly taint the overall experience. Thanks

Another great year in this home.
We have stayed in this home three times and we are always happy with it. Clean, spacious, beautiful deck and amazing view. Rob, the owner, is very easy to deal with and answers questions/concerns in a very timely manner. There were a few issues we had: spiders in the basement, no towels in the Master Bath, and the Washing Machine would not work. But despite these minor issues, we will book this home again for next year.

I appreciate you letting me know about the washing machine error. It helps us to be able and get things repaired in the most timely manner possible. Bugs, well, we do the best we can there, but they still sneak through the defenses occasionally! We'll keep working on them. Beautiful home!
My family and I loved this home. The location is fairly central to "downtown" Garden City. Not too far to some beaches. Lovely view of Bear Lake and the surrounding area. The house is modern, spacious, and clean. Nice grassy yard for the kids to play in. Lots of parking room. I would definitely recommend it.
