Sehr empfehlenswertes 2 ** Hotel in Garden City
Dieses Hotel lohnt sich bei einem Roadtrip für eine Nacht als auch für einen längernen Aufenthalt. Der Service sowie die Zimmereinrichtung des Hotels sind sehr gut.

Property needs a lot of repair. There were multiple holes in the shower where it looked like they had relocated plumbing. The fan in the bathroom was so loud you could not use the light during the night. The TV was, at most, a 36”. We gave stayed in Comfort Inns during this trip. This one was sub-par.

Everything was in disrepair and dirty. The swimming pool was chipping, there was bad caulking and repair in the shower, the wall paint was all over the ceiling, the TV service went out several times, there was a wind storm the night we stayed and the windows were whistling and letting in dirt from the wind. It was certainly not worth the $185 we spent for one night. Very sorry we spent all that money for a terrible night sleep.

This hotel is very very dirty. Our bathroom faucet didn’t work, the tub hadn’t been cleaned, soap scumb was everywhere. The breakfast area was so nasty we didn’t eat.

The hotel is a bit run down and not in the best shape. Our room faced the highway and was noisy until late. The bed was firm with what appeared to be children’s pillows. Breakfast and beds good everything else bad.
Overall it was okay. The breakfast was the only thing that was good. The room was musty smelling but clean. The bathroom was in not the best shape, it looked the bathtub had been repaired and they never finished it and the stopper was missing as well. The pool was not the best either, sticky fly traps hanging around and a cold hot tub with no one or no way to adjust the heat. The last thing is the side door that goes to the parking lot that requires a room key tk get in was broken and was just left open to whomever wanted to wander in along with 40 degree chill, and the front desk didn't know anything about or do anything about it. So overall the breakfast was good and the beds were good, and everything else was bad. Would I stay again? Probably not. I personally would give a different hotel a try.

Our stay was okay . The microwave didn’t work we told the front desk and nothing was able to be done only choice was to use the lobby’s and with kids that’s just too much of a hassle. And to top it off the AC didn’t cool it was like 99 outside and once again nothing was able to be done the room felt muggy since the AC on high cool didn’t work over all it was okay front desk girl said she would talk to the manager but we have yet to see if they refund anything to us.

Beds were wore out,feel the springs in the matress, ac had to be fiddled with to get to work, tvwas janky, dirty,shower drain wasnt connected, smelled like mildew when walked in the room. When i called to make sure it was all set up, i got the run around ..and after 20 minutes, i got confirmation...it was terrible.

There was a lot of flies in the dining room and in the pool area. The bathroom in the rooms were old. The ice machine on the second and third floors didn’t work and main lobby bathroom door didn’t lock. The staff at the customer service desk was not very friendly and they didn’t want to help customers. The maids and dining service staff were very friendly and very helpful!!! The main lobby area and the beds were nice. The front desk staff didn’t care about anything what the customers needed, but they gradually did it. When we arrived and leaving the front desk office staff didn’t greeted us at all. They were not even up at the front desk both times we had to wait for them to come up. When we told them about the ice machine and main lobby bathroom door not locking they kept on arguing with us. There was some of the groups of people that was staying there would stare at you and point at you in the commons areas. There was also a lot of groups of people who stayed there that was very friendly and nice to you.
