Beautifully renovated home with a cozy, modern design. Accommodating up to 11 people, this dream vacation house has a private pool, hot tub, and a spacious patio under a tropical palapa. Only one block away from the Seawall/beach! Its close proximity to Kroger makes grocery shopping a breeze. Only minutes away from major attractions and shopping centers. The house is powered by solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall. Cleanliness, convenience, and excellent communication are our priorities.

> The house is located near a cemetery, however, it is not visible from the house. The street is quite safe at night and yet very close to all the action on the Seawall.
> The loading dock of Kroger is behind the backyard. We found that the tall wall provides excellent privacy. While it's a trade-off, we think the ability to get groceries in a matter of minutes makes the location worthwhile.
> We have a soft cooler, hard cooler, 2 high chairs, 2 pack n plays, and 2 beach chairs available which our team can stock at the property for your arrival. The fee is $15 per item; just let us know if you would like any of the above.

Guest access
> Guests will be able to access the whole house and backyard except owner closet and the garage
> Free parking is available along the street and on the driveway. The location is on a quiet and safe street so plenty of parking spaces are available during your stay.
> Smoking is not allowed inside of the building

Other things to note
** Parties are NOT allowed.

The pool is not heated.

The hot tub may not hit full temperature on the first night of your stay. To ensure complete safety between stays we drain, clean, and refill the hot tub, but this model takes a while to heat. Between max convenience and max safety we are choosing safety, and hope guests are understanding of the situation.

PET POLICY

We welcome well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs.

Guests are allowed to bring up to three dogs. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing more than one.

An additional cleaning fee of $75 per pet per stay will be charged for guests with pets.

Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Please bring your pet bedding.

To make your arrival smooth, we provide a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies. This is thoughtfully stocked to comfortably get you through the first 2–3 days of your stay.

For longer stays, just like at home, you'll be responsible for purchasing additional consumables once the initial supply runs out. Feel free to reach out and ask us about local store options or what delivery services operate in the area.
