Guest Access:

As a guest at the San Luis resort, guests have access to the parking garage, unit 1130 with a private entrance leading the the living, kitchen, dining areas, 1 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bath, 2 private balconies, resort amenities including the pools, pool loungers.



The Neighborhood:

Staying at the San Luis Resort gives you the opportunity to park and only leave when you have to! With on -site restaurants, spa, pools, beaches, resort activities and all the other amenities you set until checkout.



Getting Around:

San Luis Resort is conveniently located on Seawall Blvd, directly across from the beach, walking distance to the Trolly Stop, restaurants and shops.



Other Things to Note:

Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

What to bring: We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal or cleaning supplies such laundry soap, etc, Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and toys are not provided.

A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo, body wash etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay.
