Two inviting bedrooms round out the space, including a queen bedroom and a kid-favorite bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks. Short stroll to the beach and short drive to the historic Strand District. Perfect for families and friends alike.

● Location: East end area of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: One block from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please be courteous of other occupants and don`t block other vehicles in.

Two inviting bedrooms round out the space: the first features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second is a fun, kid-friendly bunk room complete with two twin-over-twin bunks — perfect for families traveling with children or larger groups needing extra sleeping space.

With the beach just a short stroll away and the historic downtown Strand District only a short drive from your door, Unit B keeps every part of Galveston well within reach.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
