Welcome to Par for the Coast, a 4BR/3BA Galveston home in the Sea Isle subdivision, sleeping 15. Sharpen your short game on the backyard putting green, then fire up the grill at the outdoor entertaining area complete with a TV! Inside, enjoy an open-concept main level, a king suite, plus fun bunk rooms — including a ground-floor retreat with its own private entrance and bathroom. Sea Isle community amenities included. The perfect blend of comfort, coastal fun, and group-friendly convenience.

● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: 30 second drive or 5 minute walk to the Sea Isle beach access point.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.

Par for the Coast is the perfect blend of comfort, coastal fun, and group-friendly convenience.

Step inside the main level and you`re welcomed by a bright, open-concept layout that connects the living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen — built for easy gathering whether you`re whipping up a beach-day breakfast or settling in for a relaxed evening together. A convenient washer and dryer are tucked just off the living room, making beach-day turnarounds a breeze. Down the hall, you`ll find three bedrooms and a shared full hallway bathroom: the first features a comfortable queen bed, the second is a kid favorite with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk, and the third is a private king suite with its own en-suite bathroom. Head down to the ground level — accessible by its own separate entrance — and you`ll discover a fourth bedroom with two full-over-full bunks and a private full bathroom of its own, offering a true retreat for older kids, teenagers, or guests who appreciate a little extra space and privacy.

What truly sets Par for the Coast apart is its standout backyard. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
